We need to make Writer's Realm better known, so I came up with an idea for an advertising contest! Information** When you've advertised Writer's Realm somewhere, you will receive points. Advertising on any website: 5 points Advertising on a writing website with under 500 members: 10 points Advertising on a site with over 500 members: 15 points Deadline Once you've posted here telling me that you've advertised somewhere (and you must post the link to it), I'll add your name to the list and add your points. You have two weeks to do this (June 7th), and at the end of two weeks I'll add your points up and declare the winner. There will be two winners. The first place winner will pick which prize he/she wants, and then the second place winner will pick what they want. If I advertise, I won't count myself as a winner, but everyone else it welcome. Prizes -A link to your site posted in the Off-Topic section for two weeks -Your whole story, or a chapter of your story posted in The Notebook for two weeks -The winner (or second winner)'s group name will be changed from Writers to Advanced Writer -Be allowed to request a new ZetaBoards skin you would like for WR (PM me about that) Rules about prizes Quote: -A link to your site posted in the Off-Topic section for two weeks Give me the title of the website, and a description. If you have no description, that will be left blank. I am not going to write one myself. Quote: -Your whole story, or a chapter of your story posted in The Notebook for two weeks You must give me the title of your story, along with a description that might go on the back of a book. If left blank, there will be no description. Quote: -The winner (or second winner)'s group name will be changed from Writers to Upper Level Writers No rules here. :) Quote: -Be allowed to request a new ZetaBoards skin you would like for WR (PM me about that) The reason I'm doing this, is because maybe some of you are dieing for the skin you want. If this is the case, you must PM me about it, with the code and everything. Rules about contest If you're on a site and there already is a topic there about WR, you can comment on it, posting something you like about it, which would bump it to the top, so people won't get pist about you starting a new topic about something they already have a topic to. You MUST post the link to where you advertising in this topic, or I'm not adding points. Have fun, everybody! I only noticed it yesterday as I was 'tidying up'. I'll get you the link but you may have to add me if you have Bebo to view my area as I think it's set to private.
