I really want to read this book, but I can't at the moment. Do you wonder why? Probably not, but I'll tell you anyway...

It's a new book and I hear it's really good, and my library has five coppies of it, but they're all out. I put a hold on it, and now I'm the fourth one in line for the book! I'll never get to read it!! Has anybody else read it?

I have heard a lot abpout it and most of what I've heard is not good . . .

I have not read it and I have never actually seen it so I can't really tell you much about it except there's a vampire called Edward . . .

Tell us about it when you get it. :)

I think it's about a girl who falls in love with a vampire or something. I can't wait to read it!

Despite the fact there's so many flaws with the writing, characters (Edward is actually..rather creepy instead of Romantic) and all that jazz, it's easily a guilty pleasure. I've read all three so far, and they're not too bad a read.

But, unfortunately, for future reference...The Host is...weak, and because it didn't have the addiction factor Twilight did, it makes the flaws kinda of...obvious.
But whatever, hot weather always makes me a little more complain-y D:

Well, I've read Twilight by Stephinie Meyer, and it's so good!! It's about a girl named Bella who falls in love with a vampire named Edward (as I'm sure you've heard), and the book is sort of like a romance novel, but there's action in it at the end.

Spoiler: click to toggle

I'd rate the book a 7 1/2 out of 10 (ten being the best). But Harry Potter is still better. :P

I've read Twilight and New Moon. I'm more into, how do I say this, books not for grade-schoolers. The vocabulary is not exactly challenging, and the plot isn't exactly new, well, not totally, but I found that I was inexplicably addicted to these two novels. Meyer has an intoxicating writing style that may seem simple and easy to read, but the undercurrents and text between the lines make this a great read. I'm waiting to get Eclipse, don't know why I don't just go to the library, but...
Works:
Novels: The War: Book 1: Prologue, Chapter 1 Amongst the Carnage, Chapter 2 The Calm Before..., Chapter 3 The Storm, Chapter 4 Taken
Poems: Just Another Mask, A Review of the Journey to Death, The Last Soldier, My Name is Edward, A New Era, A Love Postponed, Catch, The Statue, Sixteen
Songs: Life of a Band
