iBelieve Posts: 435 Group: Writers Member #57 Joined: Oct 25, 2008	Well, I think it's like anything else along those lines.. science, athletics, etc. It depends on how you incoporate the activity/field into your childhood, sometimes it works out, and sometimes it drives you to hating it. I don't think anything in genetics automatically makes you have talent in say, inventing, but you see families full of inventors through the generations, and it's just because that's what they grew up with.

Writes 50 Words Per Chapter Posts: 276 Group: Writers Member #81 Joined: Feb 21, 2009	I don't think it would necessarily make you a good writer, but if you had parents to teach you and help you, and a family who supported you, it would probably make a difference.

My dad told me I should be a nurse or a lawer instead, so I'm not sure it'd work for me. My aunt on my mum's side is a journalist in Berlin though for the DW news, so maybe I get something from her?
