The Inn is situated in a fairly run down street. Some shadows detach themselves from doorways and start following you from a distance but they retreat as you enter the Inn The Bright Hand is run by Larore Umendanad. It is poor quality establishment and is located in the Docks Area. It has 5 beds in single rooms at 20 silver pieces a night, 1 beds in double rooms at 10 silver pieces a night and 27 beds in the shared common room at 2 silver pieces a night.
