23 April 1849 The King of Prussia, Frederick William IV was offred the crown on 'KleinDeutschland' today. The King, after much deliberation with his Chief Minister and others decided to accept the offer in principle. He made a note tough, the kings, dukes, and princes and parliaments of Germany must agree before it can accept the whole constitution and become a federation of states. To this end he has invited representatives from all nations of 'KleinDeutschland' to come Koln, where this can be discussed. Austria has also been invited, as a observer. (OOC: Because of a lack of time I did not follow up the first Koln Conferance, but this will be its replacement) |

OOC: It will need to be offered first and that is what I already started discussing in the staff area with the others. We do intend to follow and finish it up, so don't worry. Edited by Austria, Jul 9 2010, 03:51 PM.
