Budget summary:

- The second year of the train company saw a good increase in income with ticket sales and movement of goods for private investers. This allowed the company to spend a good amount of money to keep the railroads in good state.

Expansion of the company is set for this year to buy up some smaller businesses as to keep competition low in the region. This will be done for several years untill the company has a firm base, then smaller businesses will be able to compete and bring the prices somewhat up.

With the new Iron Road completed, the company will also be moving goods towards Prussia. This should increase the income of the company even more, ensuring a larger profit margin and the uphold of the railroad network to the best possible. And if possible expand to becomming the best in the world.

1844 May:

18th

The Belgium train Company has found several small businesses, each one has been bought up until the price of 1,000,000 Fr had been depleted.

New stations and train wagons have come into goverment position therefor increasing capacity for goods to be transfered.

19th

New railroads well be taken into use starting next month after the completion of there interlocks with the network. Finishing another section of the growing network in Belgium.

25th

Several trains have been sent towards the Iron Road rails to support the extra export and import of the supply's from Prussia. The use of Belgium goverment owned trains is prefered to ensure that the goods are properly delivered under military supervision.

Budget summary:

- A large boost was recieved this year thanks to the further investments of the goverment. Providing stability as well as wealth. In combination with the Iron Road with Prussia that was completed, the company saw a massive icnrease in income.

The income recieved will be used to provide extra wagons and trains to keep up with the flow of goods. As well as to expand and provide even more railroads to be constrcuted. The Belgian railways is up to date on the most expanded in the world. As such the transportation of goods has been able to contribute to some of the recent growth in the nation.

- The company grows slowly, becomming the biggest train facility in Belgium. Creating an almost monopoly on train goods transportation.

The surplus will be used to get newer engines and expand a little more.

1846 August:

The Company has been researching into steam engines. After several years of research the engineers of the company have been able to find a way to increase the speed within the engine with less loss of efficiancy.

The new engine uses a what is now called the "Walschaerts valve gear"

The mechanism provides the ability to fix the train from the otuside entirely. Whilst allowing a better pressure within the steam system. Therefor reaching higher speeds with less coal.

- Extra funding has been given to the various sectors of the company to ensure top quality within the trains, there roads. As well that this extra funding is to ensure that the enw railroads being constructed for industrial usage can be created without straining the budget.

- Extra railroads will be provided during the next years. As well as creating new jobs for the uphold the railroad system. Several new railroad lines towards the Netherlands will be constrcuted to provide a better flow of goods. The Iron Road with Prussia will also be increased with the surplus and with 5.000.000 Fr of the goverment.
