Hi everybody,I'm using Google Drive for business reasons for a long time now, but I'm having trouble with uploaded files since a couple of weeks. And its indepedent from file formats (PDF, XLS, ZIP, PPT), size, name, drag&drop or selected upload...unfortunately it works for some of my files (~40% of the files), so its not a permanent issue for all of my files. The problem is, that when I upload a file and try to open it later directly in Google Drive via browser, Google Drive shows me the error message "Whoops. There was a problem with the preview...". And when I download the file as suggested, the file is damaged and can't be opened from my desktop. Talking about ZIP files it's abit different - same error message, but when I download the ZIP and try to unzip it, it's empty.Anyone an idea how I can fix that or is it a general problem/bug? Any help appreciated. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. reference: https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/drive/0LhOvQNOULI Cloud Storage marketing |
