Brets are my second army. But I haven't played them (or played against them) in over a year. So my memory is a little cloudy. Do you need that many core choices? Because that is a lot of core. I notice, however, that you only have 1 rare choice. I would be in favor of swapping out a regiment of archers (and depending on point values, maybe a few models from you Men at Arms) to include a Trebuchet. With the archers' shorter range and an average BS, I have always been able to do WAY more damage with a trebuchet than with archers. Obviously, the flaming attacks can be nice against specific enemies, but it sounds like you want this list to be comprehensive. So the flaming attacks are almost a non-factor. Just my opinion
