How to post pictures in your thread

1. First you need to find(search engine) and save the image you wish to host, for those who don't know how to save an image to your computer a tutorial of how to do that can be found here: How To Save an Image

2. You need to choose an Image hosting site which you will use to upload your image and then link the BB img code in your New Thread. Here is a list of Image hosting sites

The most reliable Host is photobucket which is not in that list because it requires you to sign up to host an image the link below can be found below:

http://www.photobucket.com

3. Chose "Upload" the picture, then just copy & paste the BBcode for forums

The BBcode for pictures should look like this:

[IMG]"Image URL will be here"[/IMG]

or something like this:

[url=ht tp://imageshack.us][IM G]"Image URL will be here"[/IM G][/U RL]
[url=ht tp://g.imagehosting.whatever/img000/a bunch of useless junk code/1/][IMG]ht tp://img355.imagehostingsite.whatever/img000/abunch of useless junk code[/IM G][/U RL]

If it looks like this ^ remove the lower portion so it look like this:

[IMG]"Image URL will be here"[/IMG]

You're not done follow that by removing this portion:

Until you're left with this: [IMG]"Image URL will be here"[/IMG]

5. Copy and Paste that Code into the textfield of the forum.

An alternate and much faster solution that hasn't worked for me but might work for you is to simply remember this code: "[img]url here[/img] find the image url of your picture e.g; http://www.g-fun.com/content/pictures/cartoon/snowman.jpg

Please make sure you insert the image url and not the source url, how to know the difference well it's quite simple if you see ".jgp" at the end of the url then you've got the image url if not and you see "hmtl" then you've got it wrong.

I also included this A simple guide; How to post Applications, Movies, Games, Music, and etc(For new but experienced uploaders only).

1. By this point you should have already have whatever you are going to upload ready to go in the appropiate format for whichever content you are choosing to upload.

2. You then must pack it/them into an archive (I recommend WinRAR or WinZip) apply a password if you like. Larger files are often splitted into parts, there are 2 options for this: Winrar Multipart: WinRAR or Binary splittet(Extension .001 usw.): HJSplit

3. You must then upload the file to a 1-click Hoster Here is a list: by moderator virus03insect

4. Finally Copy and Paste the URL/URL's of the content into the texfield of the forum.
