To get guild events started, I've decided to dedicate a couple of nights a week to guild activities. This will start from next week and I will put up calendar events and send out invitation this evening. To begin with I'd like to concentrate on PvP and PvE in their most accessible formats, so I'd like us to do battlegrounds and instances. Role play events will be more sporadic, but we do have a couple of ideas. Mondays: Battleground night. Wednesday: Instance night. With regard to battlegrounds, we're not all in the same bracket, but that shouldn't stop us from working together. I'd like to see people making themselves available for battlegrounds on Monday nights and we'll put together groups based on whoever is available. I'd like to see people on TeamSpeak, playing together and communicating as much as possible so that we can get used to relying on each other and working as a team. With regard to instances, we'll look at doing instances. Currently it's likely this will mean power leveling our lower level guildies through content. Again, the emphasis is on getting to know each other, talking to each other on TeamSpeak and learning to play as a team, rather than the difficulty of the content itself or the gear that will drop. These will be our first real, organised guild events and they'll need everyones support to work, so please do come along. Any suggestions on future events, particularly RP events, will be gratefully received. |

Please do the calendar invites so we get that flashy shiny question mark on the calendar. I rarely open it unless I have pending invites... Or if I forget what day of the week it is - and I would hate to miss an event due to actually remembering that it's caturday
