Transfers are a tricky business, here's the most commonly known methods of gaining or losing players, whether it's permanently or not. Money for Player – Permanent The most common variant where a player is simply swapped for an amount of money. The way to begin this would be to post a topic with an enquiry as to how much the rival club would like in exchange for the player, or to be bolder, you can simply offer an amount of money. Both sides have a right to pull out of the deal up until it's agreed by both managers, after that it's a done deal and there's no way back. Temporary Loan A club simply takes a player out on loan for a set amount of time, after which the player returns to his parent club. An ideal measure for those with little funds and can't afford a player permanently. A club can offer a player to another in a thread or can be arranged in OOC methods, or a club can make an offer to the player's club to loan him out. Again, both sides can back out of the deal until an agreement is made. Free Agents Free Agents are a bargain dealer's dream. They're vast in numbers and often you can find those gems hiding in there somewhere. To find one you can post a topic asking the player's agent how much they want, and then a reply will be given with an amount. After paying the player is then yours, simple. Trade Trading players is a way of maintaining numbers but gaining fresh talent. Sometimes to receive a really good player in a trade, more than players need to be offered such as money and other deals. To engage a trade offer, simply ask a manager in a topic what they'd like in exchange or make an offer ready. That's the major ones but I'll add in time. |
