Around August 24th the board is getting a major revamp. Vryll in total is getting a revamp. All old threads will be moved into one area and will be gone through by the admins and we will compile a list of the dead and alive boards. Those dead will be deleted unless the members of that Role play come forward and deem it not dead. Dragon and other sentient breeds are being altered, changed, some will disapear, some will be added. Same goes for other creatures. The easiest way to logically organize them is to break the registration into two sections: Sentient and Non Sentient.
Land names and in general land masses will change, histories will be updated, including a full detail of history for Vryllnithia and Erydose.
The Void will be added. All thirteen planes will be put into play.
Tai'lume and Gear characters will be open for creation.
There are other things that will be updated such as the format for creating a character, the board CSS and icons and such. Also, August 24th, obviously, I am returning, for good.

First and foremost, before you starting asking questions or anything or say Immortal is an impostor, let us tell you that is where you're clearly wrong. For almost a year Sangyne as been inactive, and for the reasons: her father, Internet connection and she forgot her password to her account of her due to little or no activity, so upon all reasons it was forgotten. She didn't want to recreate a whole new other board and have to post everything up once more—that takes harsh, valuable time and it's very frustrating, so there was only on option left: make another account. Until we can figure out the password to her original account, seeing as she's the head admin, I am useless. I am not the main board admin, which is why I couldn't change her password for her. It won't allow it. Only the head admin can do that, which is Sangyne. For now she is using the account Immortal as a secondary and back-up account and one she will be using until further notice. For the record, she won't be on as much for a while due to their dying router at home and her laptop cannot get Internet access for some reason. To take into matters, she would recover her password from the Yahoo! account used, but there's one question she forgot the answer to in order to recover that Yahoo! password, so we're doomed on that until she can figure out that question. Above all, our Admin. is back, but likely of seeing her as much as we did is going to be slow, especially seeing as she has it rough as it is at the moment. For now, I will still monitor this board and reserve as much as possible, updating and getting things down and back to business. But for now all we can do is hope for the best and wish her luck. And hope that she or I can figure out the password in time to where she doesn't have to use the spare account and recover the old one back. Memories suck, especially for humans! I will update this sometime regularly, seeing as I have my hands tied as well; very, very busy myself.
So let's just hope we can figure out and return back her old account, and have her back on here as soon as possible, but no guarantees on that.

Gears of War Theme

The new gears theme, based from an old Invision Free theme I made (Which is currently being used by Synile for the Gears of War Board), has gone live. I finally got it to work and such. HOWEVER. It has a bug...
I have no Idea what I did, or how to fix this. I'm doing everything I can to fix it. Synile pointed out to me, after I messed with something... That the words were overly large on her screen. She was using Firefox. It works fine with IE, but I am going to do all I can and more to get it to work for those of you using FireFox. I promise.
I'm still working out some of the button images, but I am slowly getting there. This theme is COMPLETELY Gears of War. (Good thing the C-box colors fit... (:) We owe Synile thanks for the forum Markers(Duh the Crimson Omens). DANKE SYNILE! Also aquiring newness, Synile has as well taken and changed our Member Titles! It went from the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 ones to the Gears of War Achievements. Basically.. This theme is for Gears and all it's awesomness. Gears 3 will be coming out in April of 2011 as well (: Which is so awesome.
That's about all I have to say, say what you think of the skin in here, I Will Fix the thing going on with the FireFox not working! Just give me some time.

Go to Preferences. Click PREFERENCES...
Go to Update Profile.
Down at the bottom of the list are two sections to enter a 100 character line text.
Enjoy. All you have to do after is hit Save Profile Changes and Bottabing Bottaboom! There ya go!

So you may be wondering- What is a plot thread?
Plot threads are what drive Vryll forward. Keeping things changing. Keepng everyone ready and waiting on the next moment of who is in control and who is dead. Plot threads tend to involve the larger Dragons with more influence, not npc's.
Anyone is allowed to roleplay inside of a plot thread- it is encouraged! The threads are normally administrated out by the head admin, seeing as she pretty much rules over this whole place with an iron fist and rage of blood adorned ^^. {tis a pun} but honestly anyone can join in these.
WARNING> Keep in mind these small bit of guidelines involving being in a plot thread-
1) You must have a good size post- bout two paragraphs minimum. There is no maximum. although some people may grow to the point of making two double posts in threads due to the fact that their post is so long- we'd appreciate it if you do somehow do this, that you keep it to only two double posts.
2) NO GODMODDING. No on is allowed to God Mod another person! Rules of this still apply! You will be forced to pay the time of the crime! {meaning ban}
3) whatever happens to your character in a plot thread- whether planned or not, whatever you do within a plot thread, becomes part of the Dragon's history. It becomes etched into the dragon, the dragon dies and you never bring it back- its dead. Any scars- if they are one that are subject to 'life time' they stay,
4)LIFE DEATH RULE: In a plot thread, you can have a character come back like the normal threads. Seeing as their is no officail life death rule because of the AnneVangyne's being able to pull souls through the void. If you want to bring back a character in a plot thread {or any thread for that matter} pm or speak to a member of the Sanctuary group and they will be glad to help you out in any way.

On the Vryll info we just want to help you guys out and make everything in a way to where you can understand it. Screw the fancy words and long descirptions. ^^
So, here are the Dragons ages, the small descirption to the age with the height region ^^
1-5Hatchling
For this age Region the Hatchling Is just born. It knows litle about its Runic power and may depend on the parent depending on its breed. Hatchlings tend to stay to themselves and do not roam around. The heights for around this regioon rnage from around 2 feet to about 6 feet tall.
6-10Wyrm
The age region consists of a Wyrm. These are your Toddlers. The Wyrm begins to venture around and learns quickly the rights from wrong. At this age the Wyrmling depends less on the parents yet may still need their guidance. Depending on the breed. The Wyrm shows no signs of its Runic Power. Height Regions for this age are around 7 feet to about 12 feet.
11-15Adolescant
This age regions consists of an Adolescant. These are your normal Pre-teenager years. The Adolescant begins to wonder with curiosity and ask questions. Poking its nose into things and getting into all kinds of trouble. The OffSpring begins to rely upon the parents very lttle{depending on breed} and tends To Rebel slightly. Runic Slots ones are normally noticed in this group. The Hieght Regions for this region are 13 feet to about 17 feet..
16-23Young Adult
This age region consists of the Young Adults. These are the average Teenagers. They complelty rebel from their parents, choosing their own choices and making desicions. They show all of the Runic slots though learn to control them slowly by their own pace or by the Parents. The rely rate on parents drop at a fast rate. The heights for this Region are around 18 feet to about 24 feet.
24-40 Adult
This age region is the Adult region. The Dragon does not depend on the parent anymore, it can control its Runic powers effectivley. Having a strong mind they can go out into the world on their own or with a rider. This age region is the region for mating. anything above can mate. Growth rates begin to slow down. The heights for this Region is 25 feet to about 30 feet.
41-60Grand
This age region is called Grand. The Dragons in this region tend to be much older, able to fly, mate, hunt and take care of themselves still. Their runic power is fully established and they begin to gain wisdom from the travels and things they do. These Dragons grow weak in body but strong in mind. Growth rate drops immensly. Height Regions for this Age are around 31 feet to 33 feet.
61-100Elder
This is the final age region. Elder. Many Vryllnithia Dragons do not live to be beyond the age of 100. Runic power is fully established and strong. Wisdom takes the place of the Strength the Dragon once had. Growth rate seems to stop immedtly at 34 feet.
101-The Fallen{R}
This region is a {R} Level Region, The Fallen You cannot create a Dragon in this region do to the fact that very few of Vryllnithia Dragons get this old. The height Stays at the 34 feet marker and these Dragons tend to have established a full control of their runic powers. They can use the runic power effeciantly and wisely, knowing all consequences. They do not act recklessly and think things through. The wisdom of this age region exceeds over the Elder's Wisdom as they are older. These Dragons DO although have the Strength that the Elder does not. Over 100 years the runic power begins to give back what the Dragon had lost. Many of the Dragons in this region have died and been reborn again {i.e-Sangyne Annevile. Died 6 times, reborn 6 times is 666 years old.}
NOTE- To find the Length of your Dragon, Add the Height to itself. To find the Wingspan of the dragon, add The length to itself.

Okay, so If you were to{by now} look upon the Registry Board you would see something odly strange. Next to the Forum sections, take AnneVangyne for example. It reads:

Alright so to clear it up. This kinda gives a basis to the Breeds of PERMISSION.
When you're picking a character breed for Dragon you have to realize that some Dragon breeds are Restricted. Aka {R}. You can't make an {R} Level Character breed because you have to the permission of the Adminstrator. The only way in which a Co-Admin could grant the permission is if they come to the Head Admin and ask if the person may create such a character.
A {A} Level character is Available. These Characters you do NOT need permission to create.
As long as when you're picking out your Character and you have read the rules/guidlines along with the age Info for the Dragons then You should be okay. If we find you are violating terms or using a character wrongly, you will be notified to change this. If in case you should NOT change this within the amount of time we give you, You're character will be deleted and you will be told an amount of time in which you have to Create another. If once again you violate terms, the topic will be deleted and you will banned for twenty four hours.

Character rune Slots

Runes
Blood- The strongest of the Runes, A Blood Rune is highly Dangerous and volatile. It uses the blood in the user's body to effect the blood of the Victim. It can kill swiflty, cleanly or messy. This rune has a major Back fireing effect. It can Kill Both reciptants- Dragon and rider, and Victim. Every OC is subject to the BackFire Effect. Depending on how you use the Rune depends on the severity of the Rune. Killing another's Oc {YOU MUST HAVE THEIR CONSENT IN THIS!} Will Kill Your OC as Well. Wounding another's OC leaves your own Exhausted. If you do not abide by the BackFire Effect, you will be banned for twenty Four hours.
War- A War rune is another rune in which you must have the consent of the other People. War Runes are used to drive a single, or many, characters into an insane state in where they attack anything and everything. War Runes are allowed to be used on NPC's {Non player Characters} At any point you wish. but if you use the rune over and over, your OC must show sighns of weakness or you will be restricted to using this rune. If you continue to use the rune you will be banned for twenty four hours.
Frost- This type of rune is used with a small backfire effect. Frost runes are used to Control Weather, able to create storms and control them.These runes can freeze the blood in an enmies body, this creates the BackFire Law, the freezing of another's blood can also freeze your own. This law however does not work on NPC's. When using it on an NPC it is completely and utterly safe to your own OC. You must follow the Exhaustion law however. Runes take energy from the dragon.
Fire- A Good Compliment to any other rune, Fire Runes can create and control Storms, heat {as in lightning and such}, They can cause fire to explode, the color of the fire mimicking the controller's personailty or Dragon's color. ALL DRAGONS CAN USE FIRE RUNES. For a Dragon There is no BackFire Effect For the Fire Rune, seeing as all Dragon in Vryllnithia are able to breathe fire.

Can't seem to get into a certain forum? Thats because it has a password to get into. This was set so that we don't have people randomly posting threads of Oc's they aren't allowed to make. I know the password to these, if you want to make a character for in these, you need to send me a PM to get the password. ONLY ME. If anyone whom has the password tells anyone else, I will change the password and they will not be allowed to know it or allowed into the thread again.
Also witht he Password Protected when you PM me, you will be given a code to register the OC, you need to place that Code at the bottom of the Registration sheet.
