Didn't it have monster trucks and Snoop Dogg? The way everyone banged on about it did make it sound like the best, GTA4 seems to have been forgotten about quickly and only really kept alive with modding and multiplayer. |

San Andreas is fantastic. Vice City great, IV ok, III is a bit boring. |

I loved III and Vice City with the map designs, those in the GTA4 or 5 engine would be wicked. Was San Andreas more like Vice City and III or GTA4 in terms of the engine and features? |

IV was an entirely new engine so no, SA was more like VC but different too. The city is going to be more than big enough, IV just felt the same and you were easily disoriented. The woodland in SA was sick and a nice change when you want to go racing or off roading/ dirt biking. |

Apparently the urban area is smaller than the 3 islands in GTA4, larger than I thought but still a little disappointing. I want something like Far Cry 3 or Just Cause 2 with more urban stuff, even thought that would be an incredible amount of work. http://www.gizmodo.co.uk/2013/09/gta-5-map-compared-to-the-google-maps-of-major-cities/ |

I think IV was too big, it felt sparse and empty at times despite looking great. I'd rather have a smaller map with lots of variety and cool stuff |
