Warnings are given by officers to players who fail to follow the rules of the guild.

Acts that may lead to a warning:

• Repeatedly failing to sign up for raids.
• Not having a raid attendance of at least 60 % in official raids.
• Going AFK in a raid without informing the raid leader.
• Showing up late for a raid that you have signed up for, without informing an officer.
• Leaving a raid early without the permission of the raid leader. You should inform the officers that you have to go early PRIOR to the raid start.
• Not logging onto the teamspeak server when personally asked.
• Not being buffed properly on non-trivial encounters.
• Refusing to learn the tactics of boss encounters.
• Deliberate ninja pulling of mobs or repeated accidental ninja pulling.
• Repeated linking of meters in the raid chat.
• Disobeying an officer during a raid.
• Repeatedly failing to execute a boss strategy, unless it’s a new boss encounter.
• Being reported for bad conduct by another guild member (or player) (This will need to be backed up by proof).
• Disrespectful behaviour towards other players.

This list is not an absolute list; other types of acts that we have missed to list here may also lead to a warning.

Actions taken by the officers:

The first time a warning is being given, it is not coupled to any additional punishment. If an individual however gets several warnings they will come with either a DKP-penalty or result in a demotion to trial where the person once again will have to convince us of his/her worth. Severe misbehaviour can also result in elimination from the guild.

Why do we have these warnings?

These warnings are a way to get people to focus during the raids. When you’re not in the raid, you’re free to goof around but the raiding environment should be strict and controlled, allowing us to progress further in the content.
