IC Description: Name: Clíodhna Órfhlaith (KLEE-u-na, OR-la) Alias/Nickname: Doesn't have one of yet. Age: 104, appears around her early twenties. Gender: Female Race and Level: Vampire, Level B Status: School Counselor.
Appearance:
Clíodhna Clíodhna looks very similar to her pureblood cousin, Alastonia. Though her beauty not as striking as Alastonia's. Well Alastonia was a pureblood and Clíodhna was a Noble, it's only to be expected. Though Clíodnha had very beautiful, structured facial features that sat well with her pale skin. Unlike Alastonia, Clíodhna left her face completely natural. She believed the lighting contoured her face enough. Not to mention she just wasn't one to wear much makeup. Though she would on certain occasion, or if she felt like it. But other wise she'd just leave her face bare. She would usually leave her long, pale green hair out in a set of waves that ended around her hips. She would brush her hair every morning and night though during the day she would not bother. As while she played in the bush she would gather grass, twigs, plants and who knows what else, tangling into her wavy hair. Along with her structured cheekbones, pale skin and wavy green hair, Clíodhna had big dark green eyes to match. She also had full lips that suit her well. Clíodhna looked like any other typical Órfhlaith, but less beautiful than the rest, being the first Nobleblood in the line. Though she had received her mothers (who was human) body shape. Most Órfhlaith women were tall, skinny with a decent amount of bust. Clíodhna on the other hand wasn't as tall as the rest - or so she had been told- and was overall rather curvy. She wasn't overly slim, but not wide either. Just a normal set of curves is the shape she had possessed. Another feature of her mothers that she had gained was the thickness of her hair. Generally Órfhlaiths would have very thin delicate hair, while Clíodhna had very thick curly hair.
Clíodhna generally wore her hair out, sometimes pulling it back into a ponytail -- which was quite the pain to tie it into, due to it's long length and thickness. Though she would often wear headbands to keep it a little more out of her face. When it comes to her attire, she really could be wearing just about anything. She were's a large majority of things. But she does try and avoid pink, seeing she doesn't like it so much. Clíodhna (seemingly) being the most masculine female of the Órfhlaith's, would often simply wear jeans or just some long baggy pants. But don't be mistaken; being the most masculine female of the family isn't being as masculine as you might think. Clíodhna also has her fair share of elegant skirts an dresses. Though Clíodhna does adore her heeled brown boots and wears them often. Cliíodhna looks like a really nice, gentle person by appearance. Like someone you would be able to talk to about your problems. Making her job a lot easier -- like you wouldn't talk to someone about your problems if they looked mean, dodgy and so on. Along with looking sweet, innocent and nice, she can also look high classes and sophisticated if she so wishes. Otherwise she would just look like a stereotypical Irish fairy playing around in the forest.
Personality: Clíodhna is a very kind person. She will try her best to help anyone she can. It doesn't matter who they are, whether they're nice or if they even want her help. If she knows there's something wrong, she'd go to any lengths to fix it. She'd go as far to even risk her job if it called for it. If she saw someone she knew from the academy being bashed up on the street, she'd go stop what was happening--she'd either yell at them and tell them to stop, or if that failed she'd even go so far as to bash them up for you. Clíodhna loves to help. She will listen to someone for hours, talking about their problems and always tries to do her best to help. So she is generally nice and loves to help.
Clíodhna loves the outside. She enjoys the feeling of dirt on her bare feet, the feeling of water tugging on the hem of her long skirt. She just generally loves to be outside. Both day and night (though the day is obviously more uncomfortable for her). You'd often find her somewhere in the woods, preferably near a stream, playing around with plants and rocks. She likes to use her powers to grow beautiful plants when ever she chooses. Not to mention, she feels sorry even for plants that aren't doing well, often helping them out by making them healthy with her abilities. She enjoys gardening quite a bit. Though she just loves the general feeling of being able to run free in nature.

IC Background: Biography:
"He did the unforgivable. He ruined the pure bloodline that our family had worked so hard maintain. A pureblood with a human. Psh! It's idiotic. Stupid! He is no longer a part of this family. He has no right to call himself an Órfhlaith! Our daughter is to never know about what he has done, or of his existence! Is that understood? I don't want my daughter gaining any idiotic ideas from that bastard," words angrily spewed out of Fionualla's mouth as her hand rested on her impregnated stomach. With Cairán, the younger brother's, child in her womb.
---
It was in early 1900 when Lonán found himself in Germany. He had gone there to pursue his human lover-- who was pregnant with his child. His family looked down on him, they no longer acknowledged him as an Órfhlaith. He was no longer welcome home. While he did fell some discomfort being rejected by the family that he once planned to be head of, he continued on his venture. He had fallen in love with a human, and the only female sibling he had fell in love with Ciarán, his younger brother.
It was 1908 when Clíodhna was born in Germany. Lonán had married and had child with the love of his life, Sieglinde Wörner. Though it wasn't much longer until Clíodhna's mother passed away. As Sieglinde was human, she seemed to be alive for what seemed to be a short portion of Clíodhna's early life. Clíodhna appeared around 10 years old when her mother had passed away. At the time she was very upset to have lost her mother, though she grew becoming used to not having a motherly figure. Her father moved back to Ireland with her, where she spent the rest of her childhood. She lived in a rural area with lots of free space, streams, trees and bush areas to explore. That is where she grew up to gain her outdoors personality.
When she was around 101 (appearing around 19-20 years old) her and Lonán returned to Germany for a holiday. Clíodhna was out on the street one day, just looking around when she came across a small young boy. The little boy was human and only 4 or 5 years old. He had blonde hair a big blue eyes, and one single strand of that wouldn't sit in place. Her heart shattered upon looking at the abandoned boy. He seemed so sad and helpless. Because of her kind personality she felt urged to help the boy. She walked over to the boy, tears almost reaching upon her eyes. She felt so sad upon seeing him. She picked up the boy and carried him all the way back to the hotel where she was staying with her father. It didn't take her long to convince her father to adopt the small human boy. They named the German boy Lothar. They took him with them back to Ireland for the next couple of years they were there.
She had decided she would like to become school counselor not long after upon discovering how she loved to help those who were in need. She would often give food to the homeless on the street, even sit and talk with them for a while. Once she found a little girl crying on a swing. Clíodhna talked with the little girl about the bullies at the girls school that gave her trouble before taking the girl home and talking with the girls parents about the girls problems. Lothar was reaching the age of 7 and had become rather intrigued by the country of Japan. Naturally being a family with lot's of money, they moved there. Lothar was fascinated by everything, eager to learn Japanese (the boy was rather skilled with languages, being able to speak both basic English and German-- though he did have a habit of switching between the two). Clíohdna also found herself fascinated by the country. She had heard that her cousin Alastonia was flying over briefly, possibly getting a job at a nearby school. Cross Academy. Clíohdna had never met her younger cousin, and very much wished to do so. Alastonia wasn't even aware of Lonán and her owns existence-- as the family looked down upon her father and the noble girl. Along with Clíodhna's wish to become a school counselor and the chance of possibly meeting her cousin, she took the chance and applied for the job at Cross Academy as such.
Family and Other Important People:
Father- Lonán Órfhlaith Lonán was the first born of his two siblings. Despite being the oldest male, his younger sister, Fionualla chose their younger brother Ciarán to wed and have children with. Lonán is looked down on by the rest of the Órfhlaith family for loving a human girl and running away to Germany. Fionualla and Ciarán's child, Alastonia, has no idea of Lonán or Clíodhna's existence.
Despite having being abandoned by his family as an Órfhlaith, he still has the same striking appearance of any pureblood in the Órfhlaith family. He styles his pale green hair back every day-- giving him a tough and sometimes intimidating appearance, despite how soft his personality is. There are also no difference from his dark green eyes from any other Órfhlaiths eyes.
Despite his large, strong, intimidating appearance, he is actually a huge softy. This why he so easily fell for a human and gave up his position of future head of the family. Not to mention that being the reason it was so easy for Clíodhna to persuade him to take in the human child from Germany. Though he does give tough discipline where needed; though sometimes if you can guilt trip him enough he'll feel bad and go all softy again.
Mother- Sieglinde Wörner Sieglinde had lived an average, plain life in Germany. She was born as an only child. She had never gone traveling before, until she went traveling with her mother. When she was in Ireland she came across a beautiful (in many ways) man, who she soon fell madly in love with. When it came to leave Ireland with her mother, she left him behind and took with her their child who would be born a nobleblood vampire. Though, it was a pleasant surprise when he came after her back in Germany. She married him and lived a happy normal life with him. The only thing wrong about it, she grew old next to Lonán while he stayed the same age and her daughter aged at a much slower rate than herself. Though she died a natural death and passed away happy with everything.
Adopted Little Brother- Lothar Órfhlaith Lothar was the little boy that Clíodhna found on her holiday to Germany. He was a quiet little boy at first, considering he didn't know them and he had been taken to a country that he hadn't even heard of. But it wasn't a long time until he opened up to his "father" and "older sister". It turned out he had a rather sweet, loud personality. As he grew up he found himself interested in Japan. So it wasn't long until he got his big wish of going to Japan. He was ecstatic to be there. He was fascinated by it all.
Items of Note: -The flower in her hair; You will often spot Clíodhna with a flower in her hair. It is always a real flower, but she uses her power to keep it from wilting and dying.
Character Goals: -To help those in need; Clíodhna wishes to help and support everyone she can. She feels horrible when someone is upset or is having trouble with something and would do anything to try and fix it. -She'd also like to meet some people and make some friends, as she's never really had any close friends. So she'd love to make some! -She'd also like to meet someone, fall in love. She's never had a boyfriend (or girlfriend for that matter) before, so would be interested in entering the world of romance.
Powers, Abilities and Notable Skills: - Well Clíodhna has every ability that every noble should; Mental control over humans, physically faster, stronger, and resistant to injury, regeneration, superhuman senses, etc. - Clíodhna, like any other vampire, has her own special ability. Clíodhna has control over plantation, flowers in particular. She can simply urge them to grow and heal them and such. Sometimes she likes to use her powers to make the plant move, as if were dancing almost. -Maybe you could count her extremely love for helping people; to the point that it could very well annoy some people.

--Taken from "A Message and a Goodbye"--
Fen rested her face in her hands. Tears fell in a mutter of words. "Why? He's gone. So soon? He was too young. Who did that to him? He still had a whole life left to live. Why him and not ME?" Many words seeped their way from Fen’s mouth whipping the air with the harshness of the Chinese in the room full of English speakers. Fen was a mess. She wiped away more tears as a strong comforting arm found a way around her shoulders. "Why Dan? Why was Shi killed? Of all people?" Fen spoke, a strong quiver in her voice as she leaned into Dan's arms. "I think there's something you need to know…" --- Fen walked slowly down the street, her head hanging low. Using her sleeve to wipe away the constant tears. This was a horrible day, almost on par with the day she received her scar and her mother died. She had refused to go home with her family, she didn't want to be around them right now. Her black heels clicked against the pavement as she walked at her slow pace. Her feet were killing her; she couldn't wait to take them off. But at the same time she was too upset notice the pain in her feet. It was nothing compared to the pain in her chest. Her older brother Shi had died at the hands of a murderer. Now she only had two family members left. She had dressed very feminine just for today; she might even be a little more feminine in general from now on. That was one of the few things that Shi had wanted from Fen -- for her to be a beautiful woman, rather than the tomboy she was. She couldn't bring herself in any attire but something so feminine for his funeral. She hadn't even uttered a single word of complaint. "Fen… We know who Shi was murdered by. The murderer left the knife he had used behind, along with finger prints," Dan had said, a very serious and sad expression played on his face. "Really? Will they be able to catch them?" Fen said wiping away yet again another tear that had left her face streaked with mascara. "I'm not sure how you'll react to this, but," Dan paused, looking away from Fen before tilting his head down and away. Gritting his teeth trying to bear the news. "The murderer was, our father. He even left a message for you." Dan explained trying to hold back his own tears; Fen had given up on trying to do that ages ago. Fen was horrified at the news. Her father… just killed her brother. Hadn't he already done enough from what happened from that night and the two years he spent neglecting his family after that?! Hadn't he done enough?! Why did he have to go as far as murder Shi?! Why?! These were the thoughts that ran through her head upon hearing the news. "A m-message?" Fen was shocked. Why leave her a message? "Father, he left cuts down Shi's back that read, "now you'll know how I feel Fen, you murderer. This death is all your fault, just like your mothers. I hate you." That was all." Fen continued to walk along the path, crying more and more at the thought of the murderer’s identity and the message he left. He had mutilated and deformed Shi's skin the same way he had done to her. The only difference is that Shi's were worse, and he was killed. Fen couldn't even bring herself to try and imagine how his back had appeared when he was found. "Why… Why did he have to kill him just to tell me that? Haven't I already gone through enough?" The English words slipped off her tongue with ease. She didn't even want to speak Chinese right now because of what her father had done. She just stopped walking in the middle of the rather empty walkway. It seemed to be a rather gloomy day. The sky was pretty grey and dull. She used the sleeves of the black cardigan she wore to wipe away more tears as she continued to cry. She looked like a complete mess. The makeup she had so carefully applied for the day was now all smudged and had run. Though her blue eyes were so bright and clear from crying that they looked like jewels from a necklace. Like the one she had worn. She had been given the necklace for her birthday early in the year from Shi but had never worn it before now. She also wore a black dress that she had bought for the occasion. Her hair had been neatly and beautifully tied back in an elegant design, her hair also being curled. But by this point the curls that started off as tight ringlets had sagged down to messy, sad looking waves. Like curls that had lost all its happiness. Even her hair looked depressed. She had spent at least 5 minutes just standing in the pathway, crying. Her head tilted low, and her arms tightly placed at her sides. Her hands gripping her skirt tightly in fists. Her head shrunk into her shoulders. "Why…" She muttered to herself one more time before she continued walking. Still crying. Today could only be filled with tears; she had not been able to lift a smile all day. She walked with her arms crossed and her head low and still shrunk back into her shoulders. She soon tilted her head up to look at her surroundings. She hadn't been in England for so long. Fen really didn't think this would be the reason for her to come back. It was so sudden. One minute she was spending her time in Japan totally thinking about this really cute blonde boy. Now she had been rushed back to England, now wondering the streets wiping tears from her eyes as she looked for somewhere she felt she could just sit at and cry for a while. From someone else’s point of view, Fen probably looked like a normal teenage girl who had just been dumped while on a date. So no one really spared her a second glance. Though she really wished she would run into one of the guys she used to hang with so she could talk about all her problems and how she felt to someone. She just needed someone to lean and cry on. That's all she really wanted right now. She had sat herself upon a small stone wall somewhere. She didn't even know where she was by this point. She leaned back on her hands as she watched as everything pass by her. People, birds, clouds, time, life. All of it. She just let all of it pass by her. Often raising her hand to wipe away the tears that continued to fall. She really wanted a friend to talk to.
"How much longer can I last? I feel like I'm about to crack. How much longer until I can't stand to live anymore? How much longer until I go insane? How much longer before my time's up?"
