As just an interesting idea, I was wondering if it was possible and what I would have to do to create sort of a band type thing. If it can not happen for any reason, thats fine it was just a simple idea. If it is possible, what would I have to do to hold, not totally but something like auditions in order to create a band, decide places and name, rules, etc etc. I looked in the clubs and A- I wasn't entirely sure how they worked and I couldn't find anything that went along with my idea. I believe this came up a while ago but with a radio station. I haven't seen anything concerning a special thread. The person who came up with the radio idea wrote this thread. As you can see, it's written in the Academy Grounds section. So if you wanted to hold a band audition, it would most likely be in a music classroom. As for the club thing, and to my understanding of it thus far; is that the little tid-bits describe the club and who's in it. For instance, if the dance club wanted to write a RP pertaining to their club--it would be written as a regular thread following the standard outline. Hope this helps :) |

The Clubs are a project that wasn't too popular so was left on backburner. The idea originally behind it would be for players to reclaim a club and organize it and control it totally with little interference from the staff. If you want to take over the "Band Club" or something similar, go right ahead. |

Since I noticed that my radio station idea was mentioned, I hope this doesn't seem like too much like self-promotion. That being said, if you did end up starting a band, would you like to have them featured fictionally on a broadcast? I just finally finished compiling the list of people who joined the club and I hope to be approved soon. I'm surprised that the clubs haven't been more popular than they are. |
