I will add some ninjustu later. For now I'd like to know if my character is acceptable as is, and if it can be moved to the approved character list.

Name: Mouse
Nicknames/Aliases: Occasionally called rat. To him names are pointless.
Age: 17
Country of Birth: Kaminari no Kuni
Village/City of Birth: Hidden Cloud Village
Shinobi Rank: None (Genin Level)
-------------
Appearance: Scrawny, and small, but has some meat on his bones. He wears some ripped up dark green clothing that covers his entire body. Rather small for his age at 4’6. Has albino-gray hair [Think Naruto but curly rather then spikey], and small blood-red eyes. [Always hated describing characters.]
Trinkets: A red and white flower that has sentimental value to him.
Marks: He has been scarred due to his overexposure to the elements, abuse, and combat, although most of it has healed.
-------------
Personality: Talkative at times, and curious, always questioning things, and has a deep loyalty to the one, or people he serves however his trust is extremely hard to gain. He is claustrophobic; being afraid of small spaces because of his childhood, and abhors being called weak. Also when people try to relate his small size, his temper can take over. Mouse Seeks to learn of his past, more of the world, the great nations, and more about Nin-Justu. Mouse also wants companionship, due to being isolated from society for half of his life, but since he was taught friendship was a weakness, it would contradict with his inferiority complex. Thus he does not attempt to look for companions but hope they come to him.
-------------
Weapon(s): Carved Weaponry of Sorts, occasionally used for hunting, and building.
Tai-jutsu Form(s): He has learned how to strike like a real mouse. He strikes when the foe is unaware, and fast, and then retreats to safety, leaving him another chance to attack, and the foe confused on what is occurring. His attacks tend to be quick, as to give the foe less time to create a counter-measure to his attacks.
-------------
Techniques:

Name: Lightning Release: Flying Thunder God
Description: The user sends an eletrical shock through their body, and whoever is in contact with the person is shocked. Primarily a defensive technique.
Element: Lightning
Skill: B+
Rank: Unknown

Name: Lightning Release: Flour Pillar Bind
Description: Four giant pillars are summoned or created, whence then shoot bolts of lightning, binding the target in place and possibly doing damage to them.
Element: Lightning
Skill: C
Rank: Unknown

Name: Water Prison
Description: It traps an enemy inside a bubble of water, and is practically impossible to break out of from the inside. This technique can be used alongside lightning charka to effectively eletrocute the enemy
Element: Water [Occassionaily Lightning]
Skill: B-
Rank: Unknown

-------------
Bio: His mother was a noble, and his father was originally going to be his mother’s husband like normal families. However this was before his mother became a target for a criminal. She was raped by the criminal, and while at first they vowed never to speak of it again, it became evident she had been impregnated by the vile man.

The Noble Father did not want the child, and when the child was born, he was not even given a name. He was locked away in a cramp storage closet, where a lowly paid maid took after him. He did not learn the basics of reading or writing at all and spent nine long years trapped in that closet, barely given a glimpse of the outside world when the door opened and closed. If he attempted to make a racket, he was punished physically by his father, or the maid, and for the most part, his food was fed to him through bowls slid under the door. One day the maid in charge of taking care of him grew tired of the extra task, and found it inhuman. At least without extra compensation for what she did. She took the child to his parents, in hopes of being able to blackmail them, but the child ran out of the mansion before the maid could offer her propose. He feared being placed in the dark room once again.

Eventually he found himself in a forest weak, tired, and hungry. He collapsed, only to awaken several days later under the care of a female. The female nursed him back to health over the course of three days, under the orders of a superior. The boy, curious to who would order someone to save his life, and also lived in a forest, asked her who. And he was introduced to a tribe of missing-nin, and their lord came to him to speak. He offered a decision to the boy. Although not many would call it fair. The boy could be killed on the spot, or he could repay him for saving his life, by aiding the clan. Obviously the boy chose to live. The female who took care of the nine-year old was then assigned to be his caretaker, or in essence, a mother-figure.

He spent six and a half years with the clan. From them he learned about math, history, writing, language, medical herbs, ninjustu, genjustu, taijustu and fast thinking, during dangerous situations. The group decided to give him the name Mouse, since to them; he resembled one, with his messy gray hair, and red eyes, his fast thinking, cowardly approach to battle, and weak stature. The others usually abused him if he failed to meet their expectations, regardless of how it really turned out. Sometimes they just made excuses to beat on him. He only really bonded with his caretaker, but eventually he found himself growing curious of the world. The group migrated to avoid being tracked down, so he never got to stay in one place long enough to explore it, and get a real sense of the territory.

His caretaker saw this and gave him a memento; a white flower, with petals that had red on their edges. She told him to leave, and she would make up an excuse. And so he did, almost tearfully.

He had since then survived on his own for the most part, hunting animals, and scavenging plants and fruits. On one day he came across a Ninja that was exploring the forest. Fearful of the intruder, he launched a preemptive attack. He succeeded. However his ninjustu ended up crippling, and killing the intruder, and horrified Mouse. All his life he had murdered, and had been taught to be a merciless slayer, to survive, yet upon seeing his first victim…a grizzly corpse burnt, unable to be recognized, he was sickened. Deciding that until he learned how to control his ninjustu’s strength he would use taijustu to hunt for his food. While much harder to survive, he managed. He is currently located in the forests which border Konaha.
