So, I want people to tell me what are the rarest games you own. But theres a catch. I'm only gonna accept things from the 16 bit era and earlier. Anything later and its no go D:< The ones I currently have (Will probably expand, but I can only think of two at the moment XD) SNES: Super Mario RPG: Legend of the 7 Stars -What else is there to say? Its one of the rarest SNES games that was ever made, partially due to its release date being so close to the N64's. (Mario RPG: May 13, 1996/N64: September 26, 1996). NES: Star Tropics 2: Zoda's Revenge -Don't know if many of you have heard about this game, if you haven't click here. A sequel to Star Tropics 1 (Which I never played) I happened upon this game by luck. I was given it as a Christmas gift way back in the day (In a box, unopened. It came out very late: March 1994) so I don't know how many people actually played it until it came out on the VC a few years back. I loved the game, very much like Zelda but had platforming elements. One thing though: Its hard, very hard. Slightly easier then the first one (I played it on the VC if anyones wondering). I remember playing it years ago (Like 4-5) and screaming at my tv since I kept on dying time and time again. Its enough to make you get up and turn the system off, thats how much a pain it is. Other then those 2 games I can't think of many other rare ones I have atm. I'll have to dig through the containers in my room and see what I have. |

Jel, Light said from the 16-bit era or earlier. Meaning it's probably from SNES/Genesis to the Atari. I've owned a pirated version of the SNES which is in the shape of a Keyboard, but it plays the SNES cartridges. Aero Fighter - I've been told it's quite rare in America. |

Took me an hour or so to find the cartridge. And an extra half to find my camera and take a pic. Spoiler: click to toggle Yep, that's it laying down on my floor. I'm also looking through some of my cousin's stash of games cause he was an SNES addict back then that he literally bought almost all the games that were released in my area. Not sure how rare it is, but MTV's Beavis and Butthead for the SNES. Also Kid Icarus on VC. And I have this weird penguin thingy that came loaded with like a bajillion ancient games such as Pinball on NES, Paperboy, Burger Time (an awful, horrible game), and various DK spinoffs. -Hero |

@SMS: I meant the SNES. My bad man. I feel stupid as hell now, I shoulda made it more clear *Facewalls* @Fayte: Me and my brother used to have a ton of NES games. But back in the day (Around 1992-94) we sold most of them at a yard sale at my grandparents. Never did get most of the games back. Only things we had left were: NES itself, Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt (Combo cartridge), 2 controllers and the NES Zapper, and the cables. I have some more games like I said..I'm just lazy atm. Edit: Spoiler: click to toggle Those are the containers I'm speaking of. The top one holds all my NES, SNES and N64 stuff. The bottom one holds all my Sega and Sega CD stuff. And trust me, if I layed it all out there'd be alot of stuff. Trust me. Probably not enough room in my comp room for it all to be spread out... Edited by Light, Jul 30 2010, 12:27 AM.
