Known as Rising Harmony for the English speaking inhabits that live in this town that was once owned by the Welsh in the Northeast Region. This town is divided into three districts; Wald, 'n goch ddraig (Red Dragon), and Pendragon. Those inhabits follow King Lot of Scotland, Brenin Hydref of Wales, and King Arthur of England. This town can be very warm welcome to anyone who passes through including the annual festivals, but they can very hostile to different Kings that pass through.

This is the north part of town where people follow King Lot's rule in neighboring Scotland. They stick true to their family's ancient ways.

Known as the Red Dragon district many of these citizens follow Brenin Hydref's rules and are either Walsh distant or from Wales. This part of town is near the Wales border and they speak the ancient Welsh langauge.

The southeast part of town is where the followers of King Arthur reside. They are every friendly and on occasions throw parties inviting just about everyone. This part of town has had the experience of being invaded by the Welsh a few times.
