I'll do some research to see if I can help you out. If I find anything I'll tell you... then you can decide if you'll put it or not. That would need html editing of the webpage as far as I know and I'm not familiarized with zetaboards so I don't know if it lets you add sth like that. Just a warning, PHP is compulsory when doing this kind of stuff, so you'd need to be able to upload files to the forum's server and edit the default post template to add the country from which the user posting somewhere.
