He will gain 2x power but will only have 0.5x of his speed, like in the manga/anime. characters who should have it : - Goku - Vegeta - Trunks - Cell ( perfect form ) And for the z-fighters they must be super saiyans ( ss, ss2 etc.. ) to use it. and while using it they will loose 1 extra mana pr. second.

Super Saiyan 2 Posts: 467 Group: Member Member #3,517 Joined: Nov 20, 2011	I lol'd..... Vegeta has it to and like ava said Goku is way too good for css. Cell perfect form has some pretty decent ki spells so thats out and becuz of its power mana drainage should be 3 or 2 more than ss2 Edited by Mukuro, Dec 11 2011, 01:53 AM.
