Instead of increased stat gains i propose a mana regen pasive. Gives vegeta a mana regeneration. The less HP he has, the more MP he regens. Something along these lines: 100% HP -> 0 mana 50% HP -> 2.5 mana 10% HP -> 5 mana Or maybe 100% -> 0, 50% -> 5, 10% -> 9 Like buu's regen, but with mana. Thoughts? When you use Rage with Vegeta he will recover 20 Mana and 1/4 hp + 10% dmg. Cooldown on maybe 60 - 90 sec. We have seen Vegeta always struggle to reach his goal.

Vegeta is known to have a huge stat advantage + an infinite stock of nukes. But runs out of mana quickly. Doing this reduces his overall stat gain, but allows him to carry transformations normally depending on how low his HP is. Also allows for more dramatic fighting as it'll take more spells for a kill, and the lower he gets faster mana meaning he just won't give up, revert and die, and can keep pressure on.

I thought about the rework because vegeta needs some survival skills early on and runs out of mana really fast in mind game. Before stomping the fuck out of "powerfags", bear in mind that no decision is inherently stupid. What IS stupid is to sit in heaven from lvl 1 to 120 or punching chains of creeps to death.
