Perfect Barrier Idea

Well i was thinking the few seconds of invicibility is nice but how bout after the nuke goes out it does a similar thing to broly's shield and drains 5-10 mana a second to keep it up it will last until you cancel it or until you run out of mana

Edit:
During the mana drain androids core would be disabled

would be too imba with a ki reggen chip. I would say the perfect barrier drags away enemys benear it, blocks spells and grants shortly invul.

But how to block spells with it?
lets say cell got a ki of 10k, but son goku got 35k
Make the barrier based on the ki of the user, so if the enemy got much mure ki than the user the spell will hit anyways (maybe alittle weaker or so).

After the barrier got used, the user should get a 5 second buff that reduces the income dmg bout 25% percent, just to grant more survivability with low stats.

Idk if an invulnerability spell would be the best choice for super 17. Super 17 gains stats from his absorbtion barrier, which gives stats based on dmg taken. So idk if an invulnerability spell that blocks all damage would compliment that. I was thinking perfect barrier could be something that forces the enemy player to engage super 17 by trapping them so that they either get hurt or fight back and feed him stats if he cast absorbtion barrier while they were trapped.

Perfect barrier rework

Active Effect: When cast forms a circular barrier around super 17. Keeps enemy players from walking in or out of it. Perfect barrier lasts 7 seconds
Additonal effects:
-Super 17 gains spell immunity while perfect barrier is up
-Super 17 receives a debuff that makes him take 50% more damage while perfect barrier is up. Similar mechanics to shock debuff.
-Super 17 is temporarily silenced after perfect barrier is cast. Silence lasts the duration of perfect barrier.

Note: The size of the barrier would be a 350 aoe around super 17. The barrier would not deal any damage to enemies.

Situational uses

- Cast perfect barrier while near an enemy player, trapping them inside the barrier with super 17 forcing them to either melee super 17 or to take dmg from his melee. While they're meleeing, super 17 uses absorbtion barrier to gain stats from the damage taken. The debuff that causes super 17 to take increased damage while perfect barrier is up would increase the stats gained from absorbtion barrier.
-The spell immunity gained from perfect barrier would also be useful for blocking ki blasts from sagas and enemy heroes if you weren't able to get close enough to trap them within the barrier, as well as block enemies from meleeing you for 7 seconds if they were outside the barrier.

I feel like this would also make sense in the context of the show. While super 17 was absorbing android 18's ki volleys, goku noticed that super 17 was forced to hold a position in order to absorb the energy that left him vulnerable to be attacked, allowing goku to kill super 17 with super dragon fist while super 17 was absorbing energy. So if the player cast perfect barrier and an enemy was inside the aoe with super 17 and didnt cast absorbtion barrier afterwards, super 17 would take a large amount of damage from the enemy's melee attacks.
