How about gives all character ability to defend from incoming attacks?? this should blocks 30% dmg of incoming attacks but u cant attack then. i think every character should have this abillity in basics. so what do u think about it?? ;D

What kind of incoming attacks? Normal attacks beams push spells like rildo's punch? If it's normal attacks how long will it last. Blocking a single attack seems useless. Also 70% dmg block on saga spells seems way to imba its like like giving all characters an "imperfect barrier".

Could be an Innate/ a passive for beam moves. dunno how that might work though.
Or just give everyone a type of stubbornness that only lasts for like 1 second?

If you've ever played Fate Another, Melty Blood or Nanoha the timing is totally possible. Usually you'll end up stuck playing against someone who's played so much they can block basically all of your spells with sheer timing and skill and crush you like an ant... just saiyan.

So, my idea for the blocking sytem would be to block both, beams and hits. sometimes more, sometimes lesser. let's say you block 70% of the dmg normal. When the enemy crushes you, you block only 60-30%

At the beams, i would say 30-40% are enough. But based on your health you can block more or lesser damage from the beams.

Idk if that's codeable. From what I understand it's not possible to tell whether a unit was damaged by a spell or physical damage. On topic, I think the idea is nice but idk if it's something I'd classify as a basic spell. Seems to fall into the same vein as crushing blows. If it were to be implemented then I think it'd be cool if the player's block chance and % of incoming damage blocked be dependent on the person's transformation. Like reverted goku's block chance be 5% chance to block 20% of incoming damage. With each transformation he gains 5% block chance and 10% increase to damage blocked.

i like the block idea but i think its better to have a passive ability like you get a 20-30% chance to block an incoming attack. or at least reduce the dmg done to like 30%.

I didn't say it wasn't possible i said it was hard to master. I can make macros anyway so no problem for me :D.
Also it could work like this. If you defend a melee attack you block full dmg and counterattack with a backstab, like pikkons X. If you defend a beam you launch a spell to counter it. For example someone fires a kamehameha you fire your own spell (could be kamehameha for cell masenko for piccolo or gohan etc.) the beams colide and the one with biggest ki wins and returns the damage adding his own beam damage to it. This would obviously not work on sagas and very strong spells should not be blockable.Would be really nice also considering how spells work in the anime (goku's kame vs galick gun?). I don't know if it can be scripted. If it were me i would take it even further it could be an arrow minigame with random arrow keys popping up and every time you press a good key your beam gains the equivalent of the dmg 5% of your ki would add to it. If you have played bleach vs one piece you should know of brooks R skill which works similarily to that. Spells that push should be unblockable in my oppinion.

It would be better if it was a Defend mode.
Concentrating power on deffence instead of offensive.
50% damage reduction.
But also - you loose 25% of your dmg as long as you stay on this mode.
