Reaching Namek It took Goku 5 days to reach Namek by spaceship whereas in ultimate db you can reach it instantly by the beacon. So this idea is to make it so when the player uses the beacon to go to Namek, a 2 minute timer would appear on their screen saying "traveling to Namek" to represent that time it takes. Another idea would be that z fighters would exclusively use kami's spaceship in the woods to reach Namek, while villians would use frieza's spaceship which would have a beacon inside that would cause the villain who steps on it to disappear and the 2 minute timer for them getting to Namek to start. Once on Namek, villains would be able to enter frieza’s ship(which would also appear on Namek) to heal from the henchmen and hide from the saga inside. The beacon exiting the ship would temporarily send the player to Namek (if that’s possible). When the saga is finished in order to get back to earth villains would step onto the beacon they took to get to namek again in order for them to return to earth. Stuck on Namek This idea is to make it so once a player arrives on Namek, they'd be unable to leave until they either die or the saga is finished similar to when Janemba saga starts z fighters would be unable to go to heaven. When a player would approach the beacon to leave it could say something like the ship has been too damaged in all the fighting to be used or that they have to get the dragonballs/help the namekian people. Since players would be stuck on Namek, another idea would be to have dende be an npc healer for z fighters and frieza’s henchmen in his ship to heal the villians. Variety of creeps I don’t feel like the namekian people are properly portrayed in the game. This idea is to change the namek creeps from being called crazed namekians to namekian villagers or even simply namekian. Namekian villagers would be neutral to z fighters but enemies of villains. Z fighters would fight frieza’s henchmen which would be able to spawn on namek as well. You could even add dinosaurs as creeps not only for namek but for the saiyan saga before it as they were quite prevalent in the opening sagas (being kid gohan’s primary source of food and training in his wilderness survival training) ![]() Off topic but another creep that could be considered to be added to the game are the giant/monster fish from the series. The giant fish near mount paozu made its debut in the opening episode of dragonball and has been seen throughout the series frequently. It would spawn near the river in the center of the map as well as in the rapids near mount paozu. Spoiler: click to toggle Dialogue for the start of the saga Since the namek saga is such a huge story arc (lasting around 60 episodes) this idea is to change the opening saga dialogue to give the player a frame of reference of where they are in the saga. Dialogue suggestion: Namek Elder: Here take our dragonball but it doesn’t make a bit of difference. You won’t be able to summon porunga Frieza: Namekian Dragonballs? Dodoria: We’ll see about that *blasts namek* Zarbon: Just two left now my lord *bows before king cold* King Cold: Excellent work General Gohan: We have to help the namekian people! So the idea would be that 2 namekian elders would be left holding the last 2 namekian dragonballs from king cold and his men. This would also give the players an idea of what they're expected to do in the saga in order to obtain the dragonballs from the remaining elders. Namekian Elders and a password for the dragonballs This idea is for a new npc on namek, the namekian elders. The namekian elders would share the same model as kami. There were 7 in the show, 1 for each village. Each Namekian Elder was the caretaker of a namekian dragonball. However there are only 2 villages on namek in the game but seeing as how many of the elders died from frieza and vegeta's pillages of the villages in search of the dragonballs this could make sense. The two elders themselves would be invulnerable npcs but both would hold a dragonball. If you’re a villain and you killed enough villagers in the area they’d give you their dragonball. One way you could make it is have the namekian elders spawn infront of a Namek house.If the z fighters killed enough of frieza's henchmen on Namek than a beacon would spawn infront of the house leading inside to a dragonball. For villians, if they killed enough namekian villagers, than a beacon would spawn infront of the house leading inside to a dragonball. Once you’ve gathered the dragonballs you’d bring them to dende in order to make your wish who would have a beacon infront of him where you would stand/place the dragonballs, seeing as how porunga could only be summoned in the namekian language, stopping frieza from summoning him once he gathered all 7 and causing him to seek out guru for the words necessary for the summoning. Dende could say different things depending on if you’re a z fighter or a villain like Dialogue with dende: Z fighters Dende: Thank you for saving my people. Villians Dende: Fine I’ll help you just don’t hurt anyone else Porunga model ![]() A small idea to use the dragonspawn model for porunga in place of the drake model used by both shenron and porunga, as porunga and shenron look very different. Most notably that porunga has no wings and has arms. Dragonball spell animation and Inert balls A small idea but I was wondering if you could add a spell animation for the dragonballs scattering after making a wish, not only for the namekian dragonballs but for all of them like in the gif below you see how the dragonballs rise in the air and then shoot out in all directions, spreading across the earth. Another small idea but I was wondering that if instead of the dragonballs disappearing from the map until they have been restored, what if the player could find the inert stone dragonballs lying on the ground of the map after being scattered. They wouldn’t be able to be seen on the radar or tracker but a player could potentially gather all 7 before they’ve been restored so I think it would be interesting. The tooltip for it could be “Yea it’s a dragonball but it doesn’t make a bit of difference. The balls are inert” Namek Explosion Being unable to kill Goku on his own, Frieza tried to destroy the planet so that Goku would die in the vacuum of space. Instead of destroying the planet in 1 massive explosion like planet Vegeta, frieza caused it to become unstable so that it would slowly explode. This idea is that when the saga is completed, a timer would appear on the player’s screen. When the timer runs out namek explodes. If the player is still on Namek when it explodes then they die instantly. After Namek explodes the area becomes unavailable to the player and some namek’s are moved to west city. Geti star and Meta-Cooler saga After original planet namek was destroyed from the battle between goku and frieza, the nameks stayed on earth until they found a new planet to call home. They found 1 a year later with lush water/plants like planet Namek. This planet came to be known as New Namek. The nameks used a wish from the dragonballs to be transported from Earth to New Namek. Idea: After King Cold Saga and cooler bonus saga are completed, the Nameks on earth would be transported back to Namek and the metal cooler bonus saga would begin. Another means of triggering the saga to begin would be to gather the regular dragonballs and wish the nameks to new namek (this would be a temporary wish available after king cold and cooler bonus saga are completed). The saga would start by Dende saying in white text to the players "A new threat has appeared on new namek. Please save my people". Creeps: Cyclopean Guards- The robot army made by the gete star controlled by metal cooler. The cyclopian guards would have a goblin shredder model. They would be the regular creeps that would spawn near the namekian villages. Minions: Meta-Cooler Clones The clones of metal cooler guarding the gete star. These clones wouldn't drop sidekick bonuses but would be like lord slug's henchmen, giving the player a good amount of exp for killing them. They would spawn near the hill leading to guru's house. The clones could be the same model as first form cooler in the cooler bonus saga (felguard) but tinted gray. The Geti Star- the Geti star would be a giant orc burrow located on new namek. This would be alot like lord slug's ship, it would be a building that would give the player a sidekick bonus for destroying it. The geti star would spawn at the hill top where guru and his house were. Meta-cooler hero: This would be a buffed up Metal cooler clone that would wander new namek. The player would only be able to kill this cooler clone by finishing him off with a ki blast. If you killed him with melee he would just respawn instantly. He would drop a sidekick bonus when he dies. This mob would have a lockon-buster spell that follows its target much like uub's ki cannon. Boss: Wirey cooler Story: After defeating Goku and Vegeta with his army of clones, cooler brings them to the gete star to attempts to extract their energy to be used toward the gete star but Goku and Vegeta soon flood the system with too much energy and the gete star crumbles, causing all the clones to be destroyed. After realizing his plans are ruined, the true cooler forms a body made of the leftover wires and metal left in the gete star. Idea: This hero would spawn after you destroyed the gete star. It would be a larger black cooler that would be much stronger then the others. Upon dying the cyclopian guards would disappear and the hero would receive a boss power from this mob as well as an item. Ability: Entangling wires- this attack would be similar to super buu's wrap attack, causing the target to be locked into place and taking dmg over time for 3 seconds. Item dropped Star chip Spoiler: click to toggle Tooltip: the computer chip that absorbed space debri that eventually formed the big Gete star. the only thing is i can see some people raging at having to wait to get to namek and then die to burter.... and be like omfg i lost some training time or.. this saga rig... and raging... but then again if they rage that fast they shouldnt be playing in the first place |

Ok i dont know if this is old but anyway i loved the ideas but for the chip u could have it as Toolltip:This chip wandered through space until the last body parts of cooler reached it.From then he transformed into the evil meta-cooler taking over new namek. Do:Give speed and damage boost while draining mana for a last resort.Lasts 10 seconds |
