Then you can adjust the ki gain to 0.5 for ki buster and I think it would be fair. Edited by Hollowprime, Jul 6 2011, 02:39 PM.

Super Saiyan 4 Posts: 1,576 Group: Super Member Member #2,023 Joined: Dec 11, 2010	The cool down is like half a second, blast chip would give a level 30 Trunks somewhere around 10k ki in ss with enough spam. THAT is why it doesn't work.
