The water was used by Kami and Mr. Popo to free the people of earth from the effects of the black water mist and later by Dende to free humanity from Bebi’s control. Effect Dispels all negative debuffs from the user. Vendor Yajirobe Cost: 1000g (subject to change) How it would work The Sacred Water would come in a bottle full of water. It would contain 3 charges. With each use of the item, the bottle would lose some water. After the third charge it would be empty. Once empty, the player would go back to the lookout and behind Mr. Popo would be wooden barrels, similar to the ones you see in gero's lab. These barrels would be full of the water. If the player approached them, his bottle would be refilled. If you've ever played dota (yes I know everyone hates dota here XD) then the mechanics of the bottle would be similar to the empty bottle item except with a different effect. Situational uses Dispels movement impairing effects from abilities and items such as super buu's wrap attack and garlic bottle, as well as dot spells and stun effects. That's ultra divine water. According to dragonball wiki, they're two seperate waters. Ultra divine water is found exclusively in either Korin's teapot on his staff or in an icy maze. The sacred water is found within the lookout. Both have different effects and looks to them (ultra divine water being purple, sacred water being blue). When a person drinks the ultra divine water they're in immense pain. Whereas with the sacred water, you don't even need to drink it. Whenever it was used, it was simply poured onto people, evident by how kami and mr. popo let the water out from the bottom of the lookout and the wind carried it over the earth, cleansing everyone. And when it was cleansing people, they let out streams of steam like their body was ridding itself of impurities. No human has ever survived the ultra divine water. If they were the same and kami and mr. popo poured the ultra divine water over the earth, wouldnt they have effectively killed all of humanity? Edited by Sora, Jul 6 2011, 02:52 PM.

Aside from helping against buu's wrap attack, garlic bottle, ki blast and other debuffs, it would also help against avarize's hammer time stun in world tournament. Which in my opinion would make the item worth while. Of course it wouldn't replace saga items but it would be another common item to consider. Edited by Sora, Jul 11 2011, 02:32 PM.

Of course, it would only work on debuff spells like stuns and slows so beams and such would still hit. Also Mr. Satan's real name is Hercule. Mr. Satan is his fighter name kinda like how the Rock's name is Dwayne Johnson but when he fights he is called The Rock.
