I proposed that Goku should not be allowed to use IT from heaven to help out his allies since he is DEAD and therefore lost his right to use IT to help allies. But then some retarded fuck, who shall remain unnamed, said "but he can do it in the show, why not in this game??" So then I said "well Cell can use IT and Spirit bomb in the show as well so why give him those??" to further prove my point that IT WOULD BE IMBALANCED to do everything according to the show and that when balancing something, whether or not it is in the show is irrelevant.

It doesn't need to be nerfed to suit the needs of someone who can't keep up. That would simply be like removing Bebi's minions because one dude was lagging.

Posts: 1,617 Group: Super Member Member #1,175 Joined: Jul 20, 2010	I just started playing again so I might be wrong but what I remember of Frieza is that how well you do is entirely dependent on early game. So I tried to make an item that would compliment his early game. He would start with it much like he does dragonball tracker and saiyan armor. Name: Frieza's hover chair Tooltip: In order to conserve energy and display dominance Frieza moves about in his floating throne. Effect: Toggle on and off, while active Frieza's movement speed is 1k and is not dependent on mana however he cannot attack or cast spells. Note: I'm not sure how fast 1k movement speed is relative to the rest of the heroes but I wanted to try to make it faster then the avg starter full mana movement speed since he wouldn't be able to cast spells or melee while in the chair. The idea would be to that you could use all your mana chaining creeps or fighting sagas/z fighters and then use your hovercraft to gather more mobs or run to make it to a saga/tournament. Also, this item would disappear once u hit 20 and reach second form. Since you wouldn't have stubborness until level 20, I think this would be a good means of survival for first form frieza.
