Human Posts: 0 Group: Admin Member #1 Joined: May 29, 2009	i want some new ideas for 4.9, anyone got any ;X like nothing that takes space like new heroes, since we are at the map limit, but other cool changes\additions to make the map better or more fun

Increase the cost of Zanzoken or something, fucking annoying that they see me and are long gone in 1.2 seconds, also the uubs useing it to ki cannon me :/ Increase css on Trunks to x3 all stats, either increase Buster Cannon AOE, casting speed, or change it completely to a Kamehameha like spell rather than a spamming slow aoe bullet. Cell's multiplier at lvl 45 increases to x2. Semi-Perfect Cell and Perfect Form Cell remain x3, and x4 respectively. Increase Gohans begining power by 10-20. Decrease mana cost for Masenko by 5. Super Masenko can stay 15 (the kind of masenko ss2 gohan has and what not.) Decrease Goku's kai to +0.5 stats and ss Goku to x2.5 so that sskai Goku has x3. Vegetas SS decreased to either x2 or x2.5.. It's just too strong at x3 with his big bang and saiyan pride. And heres an idea I thought of for like 5 minutes today, You know how with bebi, you get all your forms by planting eggs. What if one form you get by eggs, the next powerup by levels, then by eggs again. What I'm trying to say is, Lvl 20, Normal Bebi Vegeta gets x2 stats and plant egg. After X amount useage of Plant Egg, Bebi powers up to Super Bebi 2 (the next model) At level 60 he gains x4 (Lightning effect he normally has at this power up After X amount useage of Plant Egg after 60, Go Great Ape, x5. After Level 100 gain THIS IS AWESOME! x6.

ponders Posts: 865 Group: Super Member Member #1,256 Joined: Aug 1, 2010	I think Awesome Bebi is 7x but I agree with Xelus. A good Bebi is basically god, a little diversity might soften things up for him considering I'm usually a lvl 40 or so Awesome Golden Oozaru Bebi with 12k+ stats while everyone else complains for me to get rid of my minions because they're lagging. Increase the cooldown of Heat Dome by about 10-15 seconds because now it's TOO powerful. Almost all the heros could use a small initial speed boost of about 15. Shop Xelus could be moved near the tourny gate for more convenience... also it doesn't seem like many people actually take advantage of him. Super 17's Absorption Barrier like Broly's Energy Shield should be shut down in Hell or atleast during Goz and Mez because I don't like killing him one minute and having him back with 500-1000 more stats within 3 minutes. Goz and Mez seem far too weak later into the game. They're good earlier in the game but then slowly degrade to the point where they're not even challenges. Perhaps after Janemba or some other point in the game you could give them a boost. $5000 tickets or 20k stat Olibu for heaven or two 1-shottable 6000 stat Majuub wannabes. Of course you should never have $5000 tickets or a 20k stat Olibu in the first place but w/e. This is probably one of my stupidest or smartest ideas. Roaming Super-Creeps that drop a sidekick power or two when you kill them. They would basically walk around like Nappa or Raditz and if you see them you can kill them for a sidekick power. When they die they work the same way as Yao and get a bonus to their stats. Yao should probably be buffed. 4 hero powers for a guy you can 1-shot the entire game. Like Goz and Mez, after a point Yao becomes almost impossibly easy to kill. You can either 1-shot him or just beat the crap out of him with melee. Maybe Yao should get a weak stun like Antenna Beam or just more powerful buffs.

Gifted Human Posts: 41 Group: Member Member #2,152 Joined: Jan 7, 2011	Give imperfect Cell an ability to drain Z fighter's life (maybe around 20% life) maybe a short stun and giving cell a minor stat boost. Also maybe give him a short duration max speed boost so he can get away from powerful Zs early game. Even if you Zanzoken away from them they always seem to catch you. Oh, getting Janemba as Bebi is ridiculously difficult, maybe you could change the conditions to get him. Edited by TheViolentViola, Jun 3 2011, 04:37 AM.
