Vegeta gets it in their fight against Cell. Super Saiyan Dai San Dankai or Ultra Super Saiyan 2: The strength of this level is impressive, but the increase in muscle mass is such that it makes use very slow. Trunks tried to attack Cell in this state, but his mistake led him to defeat Cell as fatigue and low speed, meant that this was the mistake of Trunks. Goku reaches this level also in the room of the time, but manages to realize the error of the transformation that chooses not to do. Super Saiyan Full Power: the advantages of the previous level without loss of speed. The first time you see in the series is: when Goku fought the perfect way Cell. This transformation is discovered by Goku, Gohan which instructs that if the two managed to control the transformation for a long time, their power would increase. His training was to maintain the transformation all day except sleep. Where if you wish for anything besides friends your forever alone.
