But considering how OP he can get with clones he doesn't really need ki.

Make the SB cost food and only give goku enough food to make one at a time otherwise when you click Spirit bomb it gives the generic "We need more farms/moonwells/burrows/zombie pizza stands"

The rudeness of this forum knows know bounds, but you must take into consideration we have been repeating the same thing for the past 3 months now. Avarize is on vacation/sick leave/fap retreat and is not here to fill us in. 4.7 is still in progress, it will be out when it comes out (Much like how Twilight Princess was, amirite?) unfortunately we can't be any more specific at this time because we ourselves don't know what happened to him. When the map is done, there will be an announcement on the main page so keep checking there and hope for the best. Unfortunately I too am extremely busy so moderation for me is becoming less frequent, I have spring break next week so it'll go one of two ways, either me being on a lot, or even less than now. Regardless we're all awaiting to news of 4.7. Unfortunately all I can say is give it time, check back from time to time; in the meantime participate in the entertaining banter of the community and stick around.
