#Gero's Lab added
#Cell Arena Added
#Goku now Starts on Earth with Gohan
#Spells now moves instead of Instant
#Alot of Spells remade
#Vending Machine in Geros Lab sells 3 new chip items
#Android 8 outside Muscle Tower sells Chicken
#Uub got a new spell to Change Stance
#Zarbon and Dodoria added to Frieza Saga
#Added PuiPui to Buu Saga
#Android 16\19 and 20 now patrols the city
#Rildo wil now Transform
#Winner of the Item Contest's Item added
#Added a mist spell to Hirudegarn
#Added spell set to Omega Shenron
#Namekian Dragonballs added to Namek Bosses
#Lots of saga locations moved
#Buus Stomach Remade
#Powerups now Shares stats with your allies
#Gohan no longer REQUIRES potential
#When you do mystic training on Gohan you instantly get the buff from potential
#Imperfect Cell absorb is now 12 stats
#Movement speed is now based on mana
#Must have 3/4 the stats of the strongest person to get Bonus Characters
#Models Changed
#Burter Nerfed
#Hell changed a little
#Villians now spawn in Gero's Lab

 i like the image very awesome

did you do the versus mode stuff cause if you didn't i am disappoint :P
you also left out the part where most of the leet tourny bugs are fixed no more shooting into them

 The powerups sharing with team seems to give your team alot of stats, so that really helps to prevent feeding, and the whole 3/4 thing makes it so a 2k stat vegeta cant go Majin and jump to like 9k stats and pass the leading 7k stat Broly... =D I like it. 4.5 is excellent other than the whole early game no ms if u spam ki stuff xD
