i support a slight buff to cell in the early game possibly in the form of raised starting stats or a small boost once you get to around lvl 30-35. ( kind of like how imperfect cell can take out piccolo when hes kami fused and absorbs 17) this is a good time because he cant absorb androids yet but hes in a more mature stage of the form |

yes until you get an android your pretty fucked unless you can get the city early and any good z fighter will kill cell in the city

thats true forgot about that but if i might add an idea cell goes to geros lab at lvl 30-35 talks to geros computer and it teaches him some leet skillz in the form of a slightly higher multiplier or just some stats and gives him the skill " Fighter Database" gives cell a multiplier to critical. imperfect cell has a free spell slot right?

yeah seriously imperfect cell gets one shotted... with melee crits lol well if u wanna stick to the anime.. which you kinda dont.. uub didnt get majuub that way...goku ss4...rildo doesnt come to earth... im not flaming or complaing, it think its creative, so... i think the android comp idea is awesome :D |

u could give him solar flare. he used it in the anime. but only in imperfect form. and maybe a little start stat buff. |

Cell in the new version, while much more powerful than his former stat now has some kinda meh blasts. Don't get me wrong, I like that he keeps an insta cast, but solar kame isn't as useful now, what with it's wind up time and somewhat lessened damage. Personally I preferred his older move-set, so at least once he was full power he could really lay into someone and win. |

The point I'm trying to make is that cell is somewhat limited to thanks to his moveset, honestly, how often can you use solar on a player with such a long wind up? It's uses are pretty much limited to sniping, and even there it isn't exactly the greatest. Hell, he'll lose to Uub in a 1v1 if their stats are relatively equal, of course Uub is a beast so that isn't saying much. In the end I'm saying cell is a little under powered due to his final move-set, so is there any way you could give him is old solar back? Oh, and while I'm on the topic of cell, fix that damn bug regarding his beams, I've been stuck twice in hell because the creeps were too strong to kill me, and Jan saga wasn't happening anytime soon. |
