WTF, im green? Posts: 253 Group: Super Member Member #14 Joined: Jul 7, 2009	Now I believe Buu needs a buff. It takes Buu up to lvl 40 to transform. That is a huge lvl gap and he really needs something in between since, getting to a high lvl just to gain 2 times the stats which isnt much for a lvl 40 transformation. I'd make Super Buu have 3 times the stats since Friezas third form at 50 gives him 3 times the stats. Fat Buu can be very stressful if someone saga rushed since of huge level gap. Yea, Buu needs something in between or make Super Buu 3 x stat multiplier. That all I got to say about Buu and what I think needs buffed for him. :D

W/o it its somewhat hard to lvl with him because you cant chain. That's not really much of a problem. A lower level is nice, but he needs no blast. I can get him to 10 real fast, not as fast as frieza and such, but once you get imperfect form cell, you're set.

He is getting the lvl required to transform at lvl 15 rather then 20. He will also have a safer starting area, making Cell easier to master and lvl. Edited by VRPG, Jul 19 2009, 02:15 AM.

Super Saiyan Posts: 235 Group: Super Member Member #83 Joined: Jul 21, 2009	Hey ho meh and mah friends tested some heroes now... and so i have much to tell , we played without Dragonballs so that we can check the balancing a way better. So let me start: Cell: Till Perfect form nice to play, but with perfect hes a lil bit too weak , +0.3-0.5x stat multi would be fix that Example: Gohan had with ss2 about 5k stats while he had in normal form nearly the same stats then me in imperfect, but when i get perfect form, i only had about 3.6k stats. But after 100% Perfect he were like perfectly balanced with all others in their ultimate form, the only problem is its fucking hard to get in this form when everyone other is a waaay stronger (even goku in ss3, had just a bit lesser stats then gohan in normal). Second Problem of cell is the tooltipp of hes android bomb says it does dmg Equal to his life, well... i had gohan(11k stats in mystic potential transformation) on 10% life (i had about 6k stats at the moment with cell in perfect) and i had full Life. I tried to blow him with that spell up, but it took only about 6%. Broly: a friend (Gil-rog) tried out Broly a game before, it was rly good balanced till the endgame, goku and vegeta had about 12k-14k stats but he had only 8-9k~ it seems to me like theres a transformation missing, like Luss (well you could change it that he get a big amount of strength instead of getting pushed all stats see vegetas SV) Gohan: Just like i said, a "little" bit too strong in ss2, mystic is good balanced but full potential mystic gives too much stats i would say. And the normal Ultimate kamehameha of Gohan (10 mana cost) does more Dmg then Father son kamehameha (40 mana) i dont think thats wanted. :-P P.S. We tested buu - Frieza - Uub - Vegeta - Piccolo - Gotenks too since now and the last guys will follow with a report (if its needed) but we couldnt find any bug / unbalanced stuff at them at the Moment.( Except piccolo, i already posted the piccolo imbalance stuff in another thread). I believe you should have something at lvl 130. Like "Full Powered LSS" which would give him times 6 stats attributions. Which would make him balanced with the other guys. Although, im pretty good with Broly, a lot of noobs have been really sucking with him -_-. Edited by VRPG, Jul 22 2009, 01:48 PM.
