Turles only has 10 armor... Goku in revert has like 30, could use a buff on that for 4.8.

Also I don't suppose Frieza's nukes will be nerfed a tad. Particularly Death Storm, which is rediculously effective against heros like Piccolo who kind of have to rely on melee.

Scenario: Piccolo fused Nail vs 3rd form Frieza

Piccolo uses kyo, antenna beam... melees for 3 hits or so. Frieza uses Death Storm, knocks Piccolo back about 500-1000. Piccolo uses SBC and does crap damage even having more ki than power. Frieza uses Stubborness, negating all damage for *8 seconds was it?*. Piccolo uses namek regen and attempts to powerup a little bit, DEATH STORM. Piccolo tries to run, gets shot down by a practically full hp Frieza.

Alright so for Frieza, stubborness could leak some damage through, maybe 30% but last 2 seconds longer. Death Beam is fine. Tsubi Kienzan does a good chunk of damage, could be reduced a little bit, but not so much that Frieza isn't fun anymore xD. Rarely use Death Ball unless attacking a saga, mainly because it takes so long to charge and id rather just hit them with 3 nukes instead.


Summary: Turles could use an armor buff. Frieza could use a little bit of nerfing on his spells. Stubborness could leak some damage through and Death Storm could have less knockback but a 50% slow for 2 seconds or something.

I kind of feel that Uub should get Energy Cannon at lvl 20 just because I don't like how empty it feels after I get a message that leads me to believe I just got a powerup.

Stressing Piccolo's Explosive Demon Wave again, just hate the mana cost on it for the crappy aoe and fairly crappy damage.

While we're on the subject of high mana cost crappy damage, we have Kill Driver... still sucks xD. If Spirit Ball is gonna cost 50 mana and rape everything after 1 second cast time, Kill Driver should be able to do the same thing with 40 mana cost and 5 second cast time.

Man I AM TIRED, I don't even remember typing this... just kind of "woke up" and saw this typed out... looks pretty good though xD.

The problem you're seeing here is that piccolo is a melee hero attacking a Ki based hero. His spells are beast because a good frieza will have shitty power but 2-3x that in ki. IE: I just had a shitty mecha last night with only 13k Ki and 7k power. But as spells are ki based and powered up a bit in the new version to promote more accurate playing then attacking someone with such high ki will screw you over

I don't look at the armor much so i don't know if turles has that much armor, but i was wondering why i got one shotted nova shenron.
Now i know that might be the reason to being hit so hard.

Not to mention its omega, and if you got that far then its time to put the free mode down, or just finish the game allready.

Everyone was being one shotted by omega when we had 500+ armor.

Hey all,

I know that changes are coming in v4.8 that, for example, beef up vegeta etc. My concern is with Future Trunks, whose ss (x2) is very nice in the beggining for hunting evils, but by midgame it seems to be quite lacking, especially when all the zs except him will have x3 ss. perhaps css could be a greater buff (like a watered down sv)? or he could be granted a more efficient ss? i know that ft does not accquire full power saiyan, so i will simply post the tiny complaint. granted, a skilled ft with who is hunting many evils will stay even enough with stats.

regarding the state of ultra super saiyan:

I bring this up after having read the description of ultra sup[er saiyan. It is not an actual transformation, but rather an augmentation of the super saiyan state. Therefore, i propose that instead of uss being used as a transformation, use it instead like Uub's or Tien's rage, a temporary boost that perhaps reduces speed, takes substantial mana to use, but ultimately makes ft a 15 second powerhouse. I'm talking combination of frieza's stubborness (though not complete invulnerability) plus substattial attack and hp increase. to make this usable, ft's ss would need to be upgraded at a certain level (or, even cooler would be after a certiain time spent in the hbtc)

perhaps it could even be used like spirit bomb (a long charge for a sgnificant but brief boost) anyway that's my idea for uss.

The numbers need work but the idea is pretty interesting. I support it, besides Trunks needs some kind of boost anyway even if its just an upgraded Super Saiyan at XX level.

One more idea, I think Trunks' sword should be reworked so when its drawn he gets 20% damage bonus and a 10% crit and while its sheathed he gets the 15% dodge with no crit. Bit more like Uub, bit more useful.

I have been playing cell a lot more recently and I feel like his imperfect form needs something. I could have sworn he had solar flare but it was taken away in one of the patches. I don't think he needs it back but I think either his imperfect form needs a stats boost or maybe another skill. Even a movement speed boost would be decent so he can outrun people and make it to the city without being noticed. All his other forms are fine though.
