 17s accel dance only allows for 17 to melee, and buus wrap attack allows the other player to still beam

Piccolos beam attack and hellzone gernades stuns them and allows piccolo to beam :3

 you need reasons and what they need to be buffed on like a beam, or stat gain, multiplier.. etc.etc

Anyway, 18 needs more buff on the starting stats.
Perfect cell needs a higher Multiplier, considering that he gives roughly, .3x stats.

 Perfect Cell or Ultra Perfect Cell, I believe Perfect Cell's multiplier is 4x and Ultra Perfect was 6.5x. Though I do agree that Perfect Cell could be bumped up half a multiplier.

 Plus if you get him too soon you just... imo, feel weaker. I mean the whole android bombing thing really isn't an issue so long as you have heaven whores, you can just abuse namek and blow up heaven, or do it the hard way and try.

 the fact that you can jump to 4-6k stats at 45 and do most of the sagas because of minions tanking does not require a buff

 Yes, but when you have 10k stats, as semi cell, you get only 3k stats, While, going CPC(Or SPC) will give you 10k stats from semi, at the very least, it should give 4k

 I think Gohan needs a buff...even if not Gohan atleast his madan its sux so bad.Mising 14 shots from 15 and doing an epic lame dmg.But i think the whole Gohan needs a buff.

 Gohan is fine as he is, Faggy heaven to bojack train, Or leading the saga's, He's good either way.
It's just when, Buu gets faggoty with exploit, or you go powerfag with gohan.
But ill agree, His madan sucks, large hairy Goat balls.

 I mean he is really powerfull in the begining (althought can use just 3 skills because madan does nothing) he gets his ss and ss2 really early in game.But at the end he sux.Low stats even after fully unlocked.As for the madan it really needs buff or replacement i never use it just waste of energy. : (

 That's the problem, if you get SS/SS2 too early, then you're fucked.
So stop bitching about it, and find a better way to play him.
