Loop 4 is attached. The way I derived it was with using random #'s and the top number was paired against the number below it. If the top # could not play against the bottom #, the next # below would be the next opponent. The last number of each sequence would get a "bye", but instead of a "bye" that player would play aginst the next player to get a "bye." Since there is an odd # of people and an odd # of characters one person will only play 34 matches and use all, but one character. That person is Matt Since Matt will only play 34 matches he will not have to deal with any tiebreakers.
