Hi, Secondary to the point is that I'm switching to AT&T from Verizon for my cell phone because I'm just tired of the hassle of calling Verizon to straighten out my bill. During the conversation with the AT&T rep he said I could get LTE internet for my house for an additional $20/month and it's truly unlimited, no throttling after 22GB. He said based on my proximity to the tower I should expect 12 MBPS service. I genuinely don't know how fast that is or isn't. I currently have cable internet, but it's really the only option we've had here for years and I am sure the speed is overkill for our usage. The $20 is $55/mo less than I pay now, but it's worthless if it's not fast enough. Any thoughts on how much speed a household like mine needs? Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
