Added an interesting section into the rules, which seems to have been cause for distress among players so far. As the game is rather lame if you choose to reincarnate yourself upon completing the in-game week, I present to you: What happens when you win.

This can be found in section J5 of the Non-Combat rules.

Winning the Game

At the end of an In-Game week, if the players successfully win the game, they can appeal to the Composer in order to obtain their prize. Being that the Composer is there to make Shibuya better, as well as judging the worth of men through the game itself, the prize of winning the game is something only the Composer can grant.

A Wish.

One of the most powerfully concentrated forms of Soul, a wish is granted to those who truly desire it. The last Player remaining or the player with the greatest amount of Soul upon the conclusion of the Reaper's Game receives the right to make a wish. This wish can be anything the player desires, within reason.

There is only enough Soul in a player for only one single wish to be granted, but it can be anything: the creation of an area, the destruction of others, the creation of an item, the player’s reincarnation, another players entry to the game, the receiving of their entry fee, and so on. The possibility of the Wish allows the game to be reshaped after each week, adapting the game and potentially Shibuya itself.

Only the Composer can grant a wish. The Composer reserves the right to refuse a wish if he feels it is not worthy of being put forth, and he also reserves the right to adapt the rules of granting a wish. That means just because you have the highest amount of Imagination, the Composer can go so far as to even call a PvP Battle Royale among remaining players to determine the one who receives the wish, if he so desires.
