Well it looks like the M's have come full circle with our great 2013 1st round draft pick of Mark Appel to let the damn Gigantes take Jose Abreu instead:

From today's MLB transaction sheet "The Phillies have claimed infielder Engelb Vielma off waivers from the Giants, per a team announcement. Philadelphia also designated righties Mark Appel and Alberto Tirado for assignment while outrighting lefty Elniery Garcia".

We certainly have learned a lot about taking the next sure thing as the 1st rounder! The M's are looking forward to the ability to retool after the 2019 season but until then, look out UFBDL!

Are there any plans to vote on any new or revisited proposals to improve the league in 2018?

Yes absolutely Greger. Post up any rule proposals under the rules section and we can discuss. I’m so ready for Baseball already

OUCH...The salted daggar cuts even deeper than the humility of seeing the Gigantes get the upper hand! We'll be looking for the opportunity to redeem ourselves! Until then...BEWARE
