Fast liquid metal Photoshop effect; Tutorials

I just played around with some fun effects in Photoshop last night, and came up with this liquid metallic background effect, it took me not many steps to make, so I know you can to. As you can see below, you will see how to make a fast liquid metallic background effect using Adobe Photoshop .

as show this is an example

1. First off we need to make a gradient going from white to black then back to white and drag it across the stage as I did below.

Now make a soft brush and click on the stage to make round soft dots in different large sizes as shown below. (remember to use white color, other colors will give other funny effects).

Now we will use some filters so go to filters -> distort -> wave and give it settings as shown below.

Now we just need on final filter so go to filters -> filter gallery and locate the filter called chrome and give it settings as below.
