Jimmy was waiting to see if anyone was coming to the ranch because he invited Tressa over but doesn't know if she is going to show.

Tressa fidgeted atop her horse as she rode out to the Dee Ranch. What the heck was she doing? Why oh why was she accepting this invitation? She frowned to herself. She knew why. It was because she couldn't stay away from Jimmy. And one of these days it was going to be the wrong move. She could feel it. Sighing, she pushed the mare into a canter. The faster she got there, the faster she could leave. The thought almost made her slow down. In fact, just as the ranch came into view, she pulled in the reins. She looked out in the direction she was headed. It wasn't too late. She could still turn back and she wouldn't have to face him. In fact, she could ride away now and avoid Jimmy Dee for the rest of his stay in town. However long that was. And Hannah would see to it that she saw him. Wonderful.

Nudging the mare back into a walk, she approached the ranch. "Better just get this over with," she said aloud. "Can't be too bad." Or so she hoped. As she came into the front yard, she dismounted and attempted to straighten herself before knocking.

Jimmy opened the door before Tressa could knock. Jimmy invited her in and to have a seat, then he said Let me get us some tea, you want some? Jimmy went to the kitchen and got some tea and brought into the living room. Jimmy sat down and told Tressa, You know Tressa the reason I asked you over here was to ask you something personal and here it goes. Since the first day I came to Tugme Flatts and I saw you I liked you and who you were. I want to know do you like me the same Back? This is not some joke this serious I want to know how you feel about me honestly?

Tressa was shocked when Jimmy opened the door. It was almost like he had been waiting for her to arrive right then. She followed him into the house as she was invited in and followed him into the front room, where she was offered a seat that she gladly accepted. "Oh, thank you. And I would very much like some tea, thank you." She sat down on a seat in the front room and looked around while Jimmy was in the other room. This was so far painless. But as Jimmy came back and made his announcement, Tressa was very suddenly unsure about all this and very uncomfortable. This was not what she had expected. Not at all. She was thankful that she hadn't taken any tea before he said anything because she was sure that she would have surely dropped it.

"Excuse me?" she asked, her voice quiet. She had heard him correctly. "Mr. Dee, I'm sure that you are... Well, I have to admit... Uh, Jimmy... But..." Tressa stood and walked across the room a bit. This was not good. "I have no clue who you even are," she said finally, her voice still soft and gentle. She didn't want to make him mad. "And you don't even know me. It's true that we share a common friend in Hannah and both currently reside here in Tugme Flatts but other than that, we are perfect strangers." She turned around to look at him. "I don't know what you were expecting today when you invited me over but this was certainly not what I had expected. And that was rather bold of you, I must say."

Tressa looked at Jimmy carefully, looking for his reaction. And yet, she knew that she should probably get out of the house before this got even more out of hand. "Perhaps I should go..." she said, voice soft and sad.

Jimmy realizing that she was trying to leave he jumps up and blocks the door. Jimmy looked her in the eyes and said No way you are leaving with out telling me what you really feel, because deep down I know you know more about me than you think,So the choice is up to you but you are not leaving!

"Hey!" Tressa jumped back as Jimmy rushed forward and blocked her exit. "Jimmy! Let me leave now! This is not very gentlemanly behavior." She stepped back and glared. "I will say this again, I do not have to tell you how I feel. You are nearly a perfect stranger and it would therefore be quite wrong of me to speak out now. Do you understand that? And whether I go out the door or not, I will leave when I choose. Which is now." Tressa looked around the room quickly before realizing that she was standing next to a window. She opened it with a look at Jimmy and sat on the sill, preparing to make her exit.

Tressa jerked her arm away. "No. That is not okay. You invite me over here and then you start this up. I suspected you wanted to talk but I never would have dreamed that one could be so rash as to seriously keep a woman in his house until he got whatever answer he was wanting!" She placed her clenched fists on her hips. "You need to let me leave now before I start to scream, and I swear I will."

Tressa either we can talk about or I could pin you down on the ground and hog tie you. Now which would you prefer because I Have rope in easy access wait hold Ill just tie up your hands. Yeah that would work. Jimmy still holding Tressa grabs the rope near bye and ties up her hands and tells her Sit before I tie up your feet.

"Don't you dare touch me!" But Tressa wasn't fast enough. Suddenly, Jimmy was right there, roughly drawing her hands behind her and tying them together. "Let me go! Don't you dare!" She tossed her body about as best as she could but she was no match. Not here nor now. He had the upper hand here, that was for sure. And as soon as she was released, Tressa turned and, instead of sitting as was requested, she kicked out at Jimmy. "You need to untie me now!" she shouted, the fright apparent in her voice. "Jimmy, untie me, now."
