Tressa tried to look elsewhere as the silence stretched on. She didn't want to be rude and stare. But as the woman introduced herself as Sandra, Tressa looked at her. "It's very nice to meet you. My name is Tressa. Tressa Mae." She looked thoughtful for a moment. "I wish I could say I was new here, seeing as I would be able to dismiss a lot of the stuff going on but that's not the case. Welcome to Tugme Flatts, Ms Sandra." She nodded her head at the room. "There is usually a bigger crowd in here but not today. I don't know why that is but it certainly hinders you from meeting more people here today." She smiled at another person as they walked in the door. "On the other hand, there are plenty of people around town that I'm sure you would get along fine with." |
