Looking about still, Sandra noticed that not much was going on either. She had expected something at least to be happening. At least soemthing that she could watch and be entertained with. Sandra looked up, startled, as a young woman approached her. "Take of seat? Of course," she said, returning the friendly smile. She looked her over for a moment as she took a seat. She wasn't much younger than herself, maybe a few years or so. She let the silence hang in the air for a few moments before she cleared her throat. She came here to meet people, so she better get to it. "My name is Sandra," she said, giving a small smile. "I'm new here. My family just moved here from one of the cities back east." It was a start she hoped. |
