K so I modded some more, here are the changes (thx to Sami for giving me some tips):

Code: November 11 Changes
 
General changes
- Spy build limit removed
- Spy pop cost set to 1
- Spy hitpoints reduced to 145 (down from 175)
- All 300 resource crate shipments increased to 400 resources
- Native Lore shipment now makes all native techs free (up from only changing the gold cost to 0)
- Advanced Artillery shipment now upgrades every cannon-type unit to age4 status (previously only falconets and mortars)
and now also reduces artillery train time by 15%
- TP attack increased to 60, range increased to 24, and LOS increased to 28 (you still need to send ATP though)
- Advanced Market now changes sell factor and buy factor by 50% (up from 20%)
- Engineering School card now reduces Heavy Cannon, Rocket and Great Bombard train time by 15% (up from 10%)
- Dance Hall card now recuces outlaw population cost to 1 (up from reducing all outlaw pop cost by 2)
- Atonement card now recuces outlaw population cost to 1 (up from reducing all outlaw pop cost by 2)
- Improved Buildings card now increases building hitpoints by 50% (up from 40%)
- 3 Lil' Bombards: cost reduced to 500 coin (down from 2000 coin) <-- On second thought not sure if I actually did this lol

Russia
- Rhinos now have the Cavalry, Hand Cavalry and Heavy Cavalry tags, and no longer have the Hand Infantry tag
- Rhino attack reduced to 12.5, but now have a bonus of x1.25 vs infantry and a penalty of x0.8 vs heavy infantry (so still good vs *RI)

India
- Agra Fort renamed to fagrara Fort
- TEAM Engineering School card now reduces Heavy Cannon, Rocket and Great Bombard train time by 10% (up from 5%)
- Mahout hand attack reduced to 40 (down from 46)
- Mahout hitpoints reduced to 1200 (down from 1400)
- Mahout Cost reduced to 600 food and 400 wood (down from 800 food and 500 wood)
- Howdah ranged attack reduced to 100 (down from 120)
- Howdah hitpoints reduced to 800 (down from 930)
- Howdah cost reduced to 400 food and 560 coin (down from 500 food and 700 coin)
- Desert Terror card now gives Zamburak +1 bonus vs HI (up from +0.75)

Dutch
- Admiral Tromp card now affects Flying Dutchmen instead of Fluyts

China
- Western Reforms card now increases all unit hitpoints and attack by 10% (up from 8%)

Japan
- Zen Diet card now makes vills cost 45 wood (down from 60 wood)

I like the changes quite alot, especially the tp ones.. thatd make the great lamage, carolina etc all very interesting to play on if ATP was sent :)

I will be posting another update sometime in the coming week, probably the next weekend. It will have mostly balance changes, and it will boost many currently UP cards, but also a few addons that will hopefully add more balance and fun.

I (and probably the other modders) would appreciate if everyone who has an idea for how to make this more balanced and fun, could post it here, so we can get this done :)

K so this update is quite huge. It adresses mostly balance issues and bugs, and most/all changes were made with the intention of improving balance. I tried to avoid nerfing as much as I could, although there are some nerfs too.

Because of the size of the update, and the fact that we havent done it in a while, I think it is time for us (= someone who knows how) to make a new patchlauncher-launchable version (beta 1.1 or w/e).

Most of the shipment changes were ideas i got from Lord_Sami, so special thanks to him! :)

Here are the changes:
Code: November 15th-January 12th Changes:
 
General
- Trains now kill units that they collide with
- You can now train Flying Pirate ships from the Saloon/Monastery/ in age 4, and Flying Fire Ships (Fire Junks for Asians)
from Outposts/Castles/War Huts/Nobles Huts) in age 5
- Native Flying ships are now trained from the War Hut/Nobles Hut instead of the Farm
- Blockade tech removed
- Minor Native units are now 65% cheaper than RE costs (instead of 75%)
- After Revolting, you can train a powerful Flying Ironclad ("Flyingclad") from your Outposts. It has the following stats:
- Cost: 2000 wood, 2000 coin
- Build limit: 1
- Hitpoints: 5000
- Ranged attack: 400 ranged damage; 1.5 ROF, 1 area of effect, 10 range, x0.25 vs artillery, x0.25 vs light flying
- Broadside attack: 200 ranged damage per cannonball; 10 range, 1 area of effect, x0.5 vs artillery
- Long-range attack: 1000 ranged damage; 80 range, 8 area of effect, x2.5 vs buildings
- Speed: 3.50
- LOS: 100
- Can be used as a Home City spawn point
- Trains: Flying canoes, Spy Ships, Jet Figters, Ruyters
- Surgeons now heal at a rate of 40 hitpoints per second (up from 20), and now only cost 100 coin (down from 175)
- Field Hospital cost reduced to 25 wood (down from 200 wood) and hitpoints reduced to 400 wood (down from 1500 wood)
- Priests, Imams, Missionaries and Medicine Men now heal at a rate of 20 hitpoints per second (up from 16)
- Minor Native Medicine Men cost reduced to 25 food (down from 200), heal rate increased to 20 (up from 10), and build limit increased to 10 (up from 4)
- You can now train native Medicine Men from every non-Asian Minor Native Tribe (instead of only the Mayans)
- Medicine Men (Iroquois, Aztec, Sioux) heal rate increased to 20, population cost removed, build limit increased to 12 (up from 10) and
coin cost reduced to 150 (up from 200)
- Native Scouts can now be trained from the War Hut as well as the Town Center after Advanced Scouts is sent
- Native Scouts can now be upgraded to Elite, Champion and Legendary after Advanced Scouts is sent (researchable in War Hut and Native Embassy)
- Flying ships can now be healed by healers (Priests, Imams, Missionaries, Surgeons etc.)
- 5 spies card --> 7 spies
- 8 spies card --> 11 spies
- Agents card now also reduces spy cost by 50%
- Assassins card now also reduces spy cost by 50%
- Land Grab, Advanced Mill and Advanced Plantation now reduces the wood cost of the buildings they affect based on the base cost,
so it doesn't matter what order you send them
- Advanced Mill now also increases Mill gather rate by 20%
- Advanced Plantation now also increases Plantation gather rate by 20%
- 1 Farm Travois card now delivers 2 Farm Travois
- 2 Farm Travois card now delivers 4 Farm Travois
- 3 Farm Travois card now delivers 6 Farm Travois
- TEAM Conestoga Wagons now delivers 2 Covered Wagons (up from 1)
- Native Learning card now makes all native techs free
- Trade Empire card now increases Trading Post hitpoints by 50% (up from 33%)
- Medicine: now decreases villager train time by 23% (up from 15%)
- 7 Sheep: now delivers 10 Sheep (up from 7)
- 15 Sheep: now delivers 20 Sheep (up from 15)
- 7 Cows: now delivers 10 Cows (up from 7)
- 3 Mortars: now delivers 5 Mortars(up from 3)
- Native Warrior Attack: now reduces Native train time by 40% (up from 25%)
- Stockyards: now makes herdable animals fatten 30% faster (up from 50%)
- Voice files added for Flying Canoes, Flying Catamarans, Airships, Bomber Ships, Flying Galleys, Flying Dutchmen,
Jet Fighters and Spy ships (notice: not all civs have sounds for every boat yet; might add this when I am less lazy lol)
- Falconets cannonball impact force quadruppled (so units killed by it are thrown 4x further)
- Church build limit increased to 5 (up from 1)

Bug fixes
- Fixed a bug where Surgeons started with 240/360 hitpoints
- Fixed the build/kill bounties of many units and buildings that have had their cost changed earlir and were now out of sync with their costs
- Fixed the unit numbers that were wrong on several shipments
- Fixed a bug where travois had x2.25 vs infantry and then x0.1 vs infantry (the x0.1 should be vs HI)
- Fixed a bug where the text "Native Warriors shipment has arrived" would appear at the start of the game
- Fixed a bug where the names and descriptions of many shipments were inconsistent with the number of units they provide
- Fixed incorrect messages that would appear after sending certain cards
- Fixed the icons of some cards that were not right
- Fixed a bug where already existing Trading Posts would be damaged after ATP is sent
- Fixed a bug where Abus Guns only had x1.5 multipliers vs light cavalry and Eagle Runner Knights in their ranged attack in
Volley mode (now they have it in both ranged and melee attacks in all modes)
- Outposts, Blockhouses, War Huts and Nobles Huts now display their correct names after you have sent Heavy Fortifications
- Kings Hill can no longer be deleted
- Klamath Work Ethos tech now also affects Rice Paddies
- Surgeons from the British Consulate can now build Field Hospitals
- ****Turkeys now gather around Shrines like all other huntabel animals
- Exalted Meteor Hammer upgrade now correctly gives Meteor Hammers +50% attack (was only +30%)
- Fixed a bug where Hussars from the Consulate only had 10% ranged resistance (should be 20%)
- Fixed a bug where Cossacks from the Consulate only had 10% ranged resistance (should be 30%)
- Fixed a bug where Indian Galleons could not train Gurkhas
- Native Villagers can now build Outposts and Caravanserais when owned by civs who have those buildings

Bart your files don't work, the language folder needs to be renamed to languages (with a 's' on the end).

Slight nerf to organs should be a must sooner or later though =)

and btw make outpost limit quite high, with tower spam everywhere mortars would be more important to have

Funpatch games were fun!

Some things that needs to be changed for balance:

- Fixed Guns needs to move up a few ages :)
- Teepees need a nerf
- Sioux animals need to be looked at. Maybe it was just the teepees or maybe they are just too strong.
- Without Wakinas Sioux doesn't have a long-range unit. Only BR, but they arent too good in battle.
- Chuck Norris's need a cost increase and maybe a slight nerf.
- Rhino's might need a hp nerf or else they need a handcav tag (which is a much bigger nerf).
- Spies need to be looked at now the build limit is removed. Your spies had over 200 hp (idk if that was with a card), which would be a lot if you didn't use a card. I don't know if they are imbalanced yet, just needs some testing.
- Aztecs might need a boost. They don't have an OP eco as other civs have, coyotes get shot down more easily and pumas can't siege. WP's are boosted, but that doesn't kick in until later. By that time other civs are ready to rape your base. Any ideas?
- Grens need to be stronger from start.

Don't understand all the gold cost reductions. doesn't seem to make sense to me at all. Also "National Unity card now makes all the coin-costing support shipments free" There are like 10 coin support shipments, and if they are all free, that will be ridiculously OP, and further reductions. This exempts Natives from like 5000 gold cost from one shipment. Ultimate spamfest, leme just give an example

Temple of Coatlicue Support (card)
- Now provides +30% boost to Arrow Knights attack and delivers 10 Arrow Knights (up from +20% damage and delivering 10 Arrow Knights)

- Great Temple of Huitzilopochtli Support (card)
- Now provides 15 Skull Knights and +1 area damage for Skull Knights(up from 11 Skull Knights and +1 area damage for Skull Knights)

- Temple of Centeotl Support (card)
- In addition to the normal effect (+25% hitpoints for Macehualtins and delivers 18 Macehualtins) it now also gives Macehualtins +3 LOS and +2 range

- Great Temple of Quetzalcoatl Support (card)
- Now delivers 18 Jaguar Prowl Knights and gives them +30% attack (up from 18 Jaguar Prowl Knights and +25% attack)

- Great Temple of Tezcatlipoca (card)
- Now delivers 20 Janey the Pet Jaguar's (up from 12) and increases their hitpoints and attack by 40% (up from 35%)

- Temple of Tlaloc Support (card)
- Now delivers 8 Eagle Runner Knights and gives them +5 range and LOS (up from 8 Eagle Runner Knights and +4 range and LOS)

All of this, with that shipment, would be free. FREE! Obvious brokenness here

Hmm, I missed that. But it sounds awesome! :D

Don't worry Mario, it's not OP compared to other civs. Ok, there is a card that gives you 10 AK's and boost their attack with 30%, I still don't think Aztec will be upper tier.

Lol its OP, I would totally spam the portugeuse outta it.

Think about it

10 Arrow Knights +30%attack
15 Skull Knights and +1 area damage for Skull Knights
+25% hitpoints for Macehualtins and delivers 18 Macehualtins +3 LOS and +2 range
18 Jaguar Prowl Knights +30% attack
20 Janey the Pet Jaguar's, hitpoints and attack by 40%

All of this for only 7 shipments (and negate the original 4500gold cost). And this is only Aztec, Sioux and Iros have their own as well.
This is just asking for FF insanity. This is like wallenstein's contracts on an uber, funpatch OD high

But what if I bring in my 21 speed Jet Planes with stealthed Petards in them?
Or my spammable Spahi with Great Bombard support from 6 Factories?
Or a sick Travois army that destroys everything in its path?
Or my moving teepees that boost my units attack and hitpoints, with a bunch of Bow Riders with 49 siege, boosted by the Teepees and Siege Dance?
Or just the ducking 75 range nuke launchers?

See? :P

You have to see it in a funpatch context, not in a RE context.
