Organ just boost Organs a lot. At first I also thought that organs should be able to dance, later I realised it's just a dance to boost organs.

Hmm then we should let them start with a free Organ gun too, instead of a warrior priest (and also add a villie penalty or a reduced attack, perhaps with a treasure guardian bonus, in age 1).

Btw people, how did you like the new colours?

About the Oguns, I think the healing ability is nice. I don't know if we should try to let them dance because it sounds like a lot of work ;)

Sure we don't want dancing organs? I'm making an update now and I think the whole idea with a starting organ gun and that they can heal/dance sounds really fun :P

EDIT: it would also be a nice colonial boost for ports, as that one organ gun could be quite beniftical for them in early battles IMO

Download this

Copy all the files inside your Data folder (in program file >...)

Open the game and play Spanish and build a Command Center (is available in Fortress age).

When you select the Command Center can you train Colonel Washington or Lt. Nanib?

If someone would do that than I would be very thankful.

K. Well heres what I meant in stupid terms. Organ guns made by church. Can heal, shoot, and dance. Only available age 3, but start with 1. Vil/building penalty. Also, there should be a card which removes the penalty for later ages.

EDIT: I have added the dancing ability btw, although I had to add a villager tag, they now train in batches of 1 and they no longer move in formation...

I think you can give them a PowerHeal ability.

Or you can copy this from healer.tactics:

Oh thanks, this is probably what I'm missing. Will test it right away.

Lol I made them have their cheering animation as their healing animation as well, looks kinda funny lol.

Thx again. Now I will just do some minor stuff, and also try making organ guns dance without having the villager flag (warrior priests can dance, and they dont have that flag, so it must be possible somehow), then I will post the update.

IMO we should try and release this patch soon, maybe as a public beta or something so we can get more playtesters and finally release this thing!

I am basically not making progress with the dancing organ guns, despite having worked on it for idk how long...I can make them dance, but then I have to add a villager tag, which leads to the following consequences:

- They no longer move in formation
- They have to be trained one by one instead of in batches of up to 5
- They have a villager tag :P (which could lead to some problems with damage multipliers, like making oprichniks OP vs them lol)

Therefore I simply left it in its current state, not being able to dance :P (although all the other organ gun changes are done, see below).
Anyway, here it is:

June 29th Changes

General
- Advanced Hot Air Balloons now have their special attack (somehow it was gone)
- Advanced Hot Air Balloon damage cap fixed (up to 400 from 250)
- Fixed a bug where Advanced Hot Air Balloons only started with 500/800 hitpoints.

British
- Pikeman speed fixed (up to 6.5 from 5) and artillery bonus added (5x)

Portuguese
- Organ guns can now heal other units at a rate of 15 hp/second
- *****Organ guns can now actually dance at the fire pit (was not able to do this without adding a villager tag, making organ guns lose their formation movement
and train one by one, so just left it out right now)
- Starting Warrior Priest replaced with an organ gun
- Organ guns regenerate hitpoints at 0.33 hp/second
- Organ guns obstruction radii reduced to 0.49 (down from 0.99) so you can fit 25 of them onto the fire pit
- Organ guns have only 5 attack with x0.1 vs villagers in discovery, but x3 vs treasure guardians
- Organ guns are now trainable from the Church
- Organ gun cost increased to 100 wood 350 coin (up from 100 wood 300 coin)
- Priests are no longer trainable from the portuguese church
- Ports now starts the game with a free church xD (lol, they now start with explorer, an organ gun, 7 vills, always 2 food crates, always 2 wood crates,
a free house and a church rofl. IMO we should add even more stuff in funpatch 1.1 or something :P )
- Organ gun BB moved to the Organ gun itself instead of the fire pit (it was blocking some dances)
- In age 2, villie penalty replaced with a 3x bonus, attack goes back up to 33, and treasure guardian bonus is removed
- Alarm Dance (spawns Warriors), War Chief dance (boosts Explorer) and War Dance (boosts unit attack) added to Portuguese fire pit
- Warrior Priest dance removed from the Portuguese fire pit


Luke/sunil/whoever: feel free to try and make them dance without a villie flag, it surely must be possible somehow, unless those ES nubs hardcoded it lulz.

Btw Luke Flying Purple Tapirs for natives dont work (they cant attack other flying units), so if you could please either try to fix that or just make them a scouting unit and giving natives flying canoes, that would be great :D
