How to fix india's sepoy issue
-Keep as it is (ranged multiplier vs HI and melee multiplier vs cav) 2 (14.3%)
-Lower multiplier vs HI 0 (0%)
-Keep (or slightly increase) multiplier vs HI and reduce(or eliminate) cav bonus 2 (14.3%)
-Make flail elephants function as anti-HI and keep sepoys as musk-type units with no bonus against HI 2 (14.3%)
-Make anti-HI tigers(or another animal) trainable and remove sepoy vs HI multiplier 6 (42.9%)
-Other (please describe) 2 (14.3%)

Due to the various disagreements we've had about sepoys getting a bonus vs HI I've decided to make a poll where we can vote it out to see what we should do about them *sword*

Tigers, but you have to get the tech from monastery before being able to train them. + they need a build limit of 30-40

It's not that I don't like the idea of tigers, but we already have Rhinos for Russia and I like the idea of pandas for China more. I'm a bit afraid of overkill.

I think Duck's idea is a good idea, so we might need a new poll ;)

Than we can also add trainable Urumi as option :P

IMO india should get a nature army card age 2, 3 tigers, 3 lions, and 5 macaques

Hmm, I don't know if it's fun to play Zoo Tycoon, where everyone with every just goes spamming animals.

Maybe give one civ the option build a lot of different animals. Give them all a different role so that one civ can use a huger and divers army off animals.

Imo we should just decrease gurkhas a bit.. like 600 dmg, and ROF decreased to 7-10. Without a skirm unit india is a sad civ...

IMO just russia, china, and india for the animals. However, duber the pet monkey should be available to all civs, basically being a unit in imperial that you can by for 3000 of each res that works like TM. You must kill in in 5 minutes otherwise that person wins :p.

not too sure because they will move it to the furthest reaches of the map and wall spam, only flying units can kill it

What about this? 10/10 laming without entirely cracking up the opponents eco..

Colonial: Big button
- Sepoys have 2x multiplier vs everything except settlers (against whom multiplier of .01.. meatshields!!)
- Build limit of 20
- HP loss like with minutemen, however the bleed is a lot slower

Fortress
- Build limit disappears
- Unit becomes like a normal musketeer

keep it! jaguars have same thing in fact they can stealth so no change(if u want reduce siege attack as they are many other good siege units)

I would decrease their range,ranged damage + take away that boost vs Hi. Instead I would boost their melee attack. Making them basicly a dopplesoldier with a gun

IMO use the animal option but make the animal fattened cows (and all other livestock), this way your opponent will have to kill your sacred cow feilds or else they can win except by putting many villager in the battle. this makes the indian turtle really strong when combined with sharpshooting gurkas, healing monks, agra fort, ceasefire (boost IMO), exp from cowfeilds, karni mata (boost IMO), etc. Exellent FI civ IMO. Then give them a beastly consulate that gives them some sort of OP revolt equivalent giving them sepoy militia that are like colonial militia but can wood like haxoorz or pay lots of resources, not just export, to have the "Indian Isolation grant you 1 sepoy for every villager you have. Pretty OP amirite?

India already has a card converting villagers to sepoys, however you can continue making villagers from then on.

Well except the vill -> sepoy card sucks because you actually lose your vils. granting one sepoy for each villager is RAPE, but I suppose if you do that you will have to make prcie increase by time ingame, up to 30 minutes, like big buttons sorta.

I would like to change that card as it could have some very interesting possibilities, but I don't think that is the way to do it IMHO.

Perhaps we could do it so all vills--> sepoys + 20% sepoy HP and damage boost or something

or maybe all vills--->sepoys + mansabdar unit of every type? :D

we can do one thing make sepoys bonus in colonial 1.2x age 3 1.5x and so on in age 5 2.0x?
