We all know that RE 1.02 is not very balanced, that's why experts from the Triple Entente (TΣ ) clan have made a fan patch and are still busy making an update. We don't take one baseline civ and then nerf the OP civs, while improving the UP civs. Instead, we just make every other civ also OP

A lot of the work is already done; we just need to add a few more changes. Major credits go to No_Nickname, SunilD93, Ha_Luke_331, and Bart331 for most of the modding and thanks to various other members of the clan for testing and ideas!

On a more serious note, this patch is pretty much just a patch with very weird and interesting changes in an attempt to drastically change game play in a hopefully "Fun" manner. You cannot rely on previous strats/Build Orders and all civs have been changed quite a bit. Hope everyone enjoys it!
