The Lower Division is now dropped. No, I am not saying that I hate you or that you suck. Infact, I thought I could be successful with a clan that includes a variety of a level of members. However, no other clans in supporting lower level, so I was unable to arrange a clan war for the Lower Division. Due to the no activity of the Lower Division, and due to other clans not supporting lower-leveled players, I finally decided to drop the Lower Division. 2. The Higher Division requirements now requires you to have an AVERAGE VR of 8000+. This is because I would like to have all members able to keep up with each other, and 7500 seems a little low. So, now in order to join the Higher Division, you will need a VR of 8000+ and a star rank. 3. If you are really inactive, you will be kicked from the clan. That's it.
