Welcome to Transient Rain Weyr, a Dragonriders of Pern (Alternate Universe) RPG.

Transient Rain Weyr is home to many unique dragons, riders, and creatures. The dragons know no gender bounds, the riders are eccentric, and you never know what kind of creature will show up next! If you'd like to become a part of the weyr, either as a candidate, a rider, or a resident, feel free to click the link below and join up. But beware: things that you are not used to may be lurking behind the doors of the shabby-looking weyr. Don't say we didn't warn you.

Join the Weyr!

It is the Tenth Pass, and Thread falls for every Weyr to fight, save for one.
Equinox, the prodigal child of Pern, has little to offer the world, or so the Conclave would have one believe.

For in the Wastes, a man must be sharp in wit and in blade - a recent holdless insurgence has caused many a trader to disappear, and many a Holder to bar his doors from the outside.

Too, with the immigration of southern-based Weyrs to the North, and in particular, to the as yet unfilled Equinox, there are some who say that the dragonmen of the Weyr - and even its beholden Lords, with their ignorance of the troubles of Threadfall - are becoming a pestilence.

Will you honor man and dragon in word and deed, or will you perhaps forget the strife of four hundred Turns ago?
